Everything about this hotel was excellent

Loved this hotel! The breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit, incredible croissants and eggs cooked to order! The location is excellent, close to the bus station, the main square and backs right on to the Time Out Market. Most importantly the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. U highly recommend it.

Dare Lisbon River is close to everything and although it is across the street from an amazing vegetable and food market, it is very quiet. The staff were wonderful, very friendly and ready to help us with any request. Outstanding! The breakfast was perfect and the lounge was a nice quiet place to unwind with a glass of wine. We were also very impressed with the cleanliness and comfort level of our room. I will not hesitate to recommend it to any friends visiting Lisbon.

I’ve stayed in Lisbon many times and this has been one of my favourite hotels. Great location, thoughtful amenities and little extras, plus the most friendly staff - shout out to Jorge and his excellent recommendations!

Very good location for walking and transport. Arranged car service to and from airport that was prompt and easy with luggage. Very attentive staff, lovely hotel, very clean and wonderful stay !

Our stay at this hotel was great! Fabio, Jorge and Sara were so helpful and full of tips. The hotel it self is located right across Time Out Market which made it super convenient to get a bite to eat. Also across the street is the train station, the tram station, the ferry station, and the subway! Every mode of transportation you can think of or need to get around this beautiful city is a couple steps away. We considered staying in different parts of Lisbon before ultimately deciding in this hotel and we are happy we did. We easily explored the city and came back to our wonderful hotel and neighborhood that had the exact vibe we were looking for. It was busy with lots of shops and dining but at the same time slower and not super heavily crowded. It was perfect and would stay here again if visiting Lisbon.

Rooms although small where nice and comfortable. Staff was great all around . Sound between rooms especially from above could be better as the upstairs room disturbed us quite a bit at night . Breakfast is quite limited although what they had was tasty .

We had an amazing time at Dare Lisbon River when we stayed there at the end of August of 2025. The location was what we needed - close to everything, easy to call an uber or take public transport, and having a great coffee shop downstairs. Breakfast was simple, elegant, and top quality. This was the vibe we really wanted over some big-chain soulless hotel. But what truly made it stand out was the staff. The service was absolutely exceptional. Huge shout out to Iris who made our experience among the best we've ever had in a European city. She was extremely attentive and helped secure us an amazing tour of the city, and she (among others) was there for us for any need we had. Amazing place and we'd love to be back one day!

Amazing staff! Great location and view!

Everything was lovely .. we had a hard time finding the door for entry on arrival .. but we quickly figured it out. Bathroom was tiny but clean, and served the purpose . Right across the street from the Time out Market if that’s your scene . Great tacos at street level in the same building .

This is our go to hotel in Lisbon. Great location and the staff is very friendly. Many nice places to eat nearby as well. Highly recommended.
