Amazing place. Recommend for anyone that wants a peaceful, relaxing stay.

We stayed as a family for three nights on our first visit to Copenhagen. The family room was quite spacious. We loved the Eco friendly touches.Lacked a few things we would’ve liked, including at least a small refrigerator, air conditioning, space for storage of our clothing and toiletries, and a bathroom for each one of the family. Front desk staff was not so friendly. Hot tub and pool were full of leaves. Cleaning of the rooms during the day was not executed well (none of the trash was removed, nothing was straightened up or organized, and the beds were only barely remade, with some sheets, still rolled up in the corner of the room). The aesthetic of the hotel were beautiful, but I would not stay there again for the exorbitant price.

The staff is amazing and friendly. Amazing bfast, great pool area, rooms are clean and nice. Was loud though at night because there was some type of construction going on only at night. I would still stay again.

We loved our stay here enjoyed being a little bit out of city life to really enjoy the break. Metro, bus & harbour bus links are within easy walking distance. The rooms are small but well equipped and the breakfast was a standout! Staff super friendly and attentive.

My wife and I were on a two week vacation and after coming off a $2000 a day Silver Sea Cruises ship this was a refreshing and welcoming hotel, fantastic staff and a wonderful place to stay

The hotel was really comfortable. Free access to the kiosk - drinks and snacks. Lovely hand and body lotions. Really clean and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Good breakfast, quiet neighborhood, and close to metro and bus stops. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Denmark.

Property was unique with beautiful courtyard area. Rooms very small for two people. Staff friendly. Breakfast offered substantial buffet options. Quiet area but a long walk/bike ride to most attractions.

The hotel is lovely and the staff very friendly and helpful. The location is also great. We would definitely use this hotel again. We haven’t given it five stars because, whilst the food is nice and reasonably priced for Denmark, it could be a bit better cooked (our fish was dry once and undercooked another time). The glass bathroom enclosures are also not to our taste, although that may be a personal matter.

Incredible stay! Will definitely return on my next visit to CPH.
