I recently stayed at WH310 in Phnom Penh and had a really pleasant experience. The rooms were great—clean, comfortable, and very affordable. The location is fantastic, not too far from the city center and close to minimarts, food spots, and other conveniences. The bathrooms were also excellent. There’s definitely room for improvement, though. The hotel doesn’t currently offer breakfast, so it would be nice to see a more attractive selection of pastries or light breakfast options at their coffee shop. Also, the in-room amenities could be upgraded beyond just local instant coffee and instant noodles. Overall, it’s a solid and budget-friendly choice in a convenient area, and with a few small improvements, it could be even better.
