At midnight when we reach the Hotel, the Hotel denied us to give the room stating all rooms are full, they moved us to another Hotel which was more terrible after a wait of more than hour, we finally got checked in around 2AM in the night with family, this was most horrible experience

Room wasn't good for the money they charged. Towels looks like never replaced.
