The property quality is quite good because the apartment building is new, but the inexperienced management results in a lack of service and maintenance. 1. The bedroom floor feels sticky and has water stains. 2. One of the toilet seats in the living room is clogged and water is leaking out the back, causing the bathroom to smell bad. 3. The air conditioners in all the rooms have never been cleaned. The photo above is our own initiative to clean them because my child and I are allergic to dust. 4. All the furniture in the apartment is dusty, even the bathroom walls. 5. The furniture needs repair. 6. The apartment block is predominantly populated by Mainland Chinese residents. The location is strategic, very close to TRX Mall and Pavilion Mall. Hopefully, the management will improve.

The room is nice, clean, comfortable, fully equipped, strategically located, and clean. The interior is new. Below the apartment there is a convenience store, bakery, and healthy food. To Lot 10, you can walk about 800m. Next to it is a durian restaurant. A little further back is Grumpy Bagels. Overall, a good experience.

New and strategic building. All happy. Will definitely stay here if I go to Kuala Lumpur.

The location is very close to Bukit Bintang, the apartment is new and clean.

The room is clean, with complimentary coffee capsules brighten up your day—will go back there when visiting Kuala Lumpur again

Overall good, except for the rude staff in the swimming pool and the slippery bathroom floor.
