It's amazing to live here because it's strategically located in the heart of Bukit Bintang city. The hosts are very friendly.

The advantage of this apartment is its strategic location and charming view.

I stayed at the Axon from May 27th to 29th. The power went out to the entire building on the evening of the 28th, and it took a very long time to come back on. It was very uncomfortable.

Strategic location, clean room, but waiting time in the lobby to take the lift is insane.

The electricity in the whole unit was down in the middle of the night, and it seems the building doesn't have backup power for that. It really ruined our last moment here. Furthermore, there's no management we can contact nor anyone who can take responsibility over this. There's no proposed solution either. The only channel we could contact was the number that managed our booking, and their response kept getting later and later. By the time I wrote this review, it's been more than 1 and a half hours with no clarity. Other than that, the room was clean, appliances were good, and the location was good. However, please do consider well-known hotels over this.

Guests have to pay the normal building car parking rate. No discount at all. Very expensive. The swimming pool is shared with the other hotel which is linked via sky bridge. For the pool, towels are not provided if you are a guest from The Axon. Only for the other hotel guests.

For those considering checking in here, think twice. The elevators are old. You can't leave your luggage after checking out. Crowding often occurs in the elevators and lobby. Bad service.

There were only two check-in staff, and it was very busy, so the wait was quite long. Otherwise, it was very comfortable. You could also leave your luggage before check-in.

Clean building, comfortable rooms, strategic location, easy access to everything in the Bukit Bintang area, close to the monorail station, and plenty of food stalls nearby. Highly recommended.

Fabulous place to stay in KL Central, very easy to get everything and walkable to all the hot spots. The restaurants downstairs and the supermarkets 24 hours is perfect to get food or supplies. If you don't want to venture too far. Easy check-in and getting an elevator at anytime was no issue. The space is perfect and the view was amazing. Will definitely stay here again when I return to KL. Thank you LUXE HOME

Repeatedly stay at Axon and never regret it, near Pavilion, Fahrenheit, and BTS. No doubt this is the best.
