When I go to Bukittinggi, I often staycation here. The room is clean, the bed is soft, thank you to the FO for giving me a request for a room with a balcony, earlier the breakfast menu was not very varied, the fried rice was a bit hard and the spices were not very tasty, the kwetiau was too soft, usually there is a lot, maybe because there are not many guests, so the menu is lacking. Hopefully it will be improved in the future. 🙏

The staff is friendly. For breakfast, it needs to be considered again, especially the taste of the food and the number of menus available because it does not match the price.

The hotel staff is friendly, the hotel is still new, the hotel design is classic modern, almost all rooms use classic ornaments and paintwash, car parking is available on the basement floor, there is security, safe parking, breakfast is quite delicious, overall the hotel is very good both for staycation and for business trips. During breakfast I saw many tourists from Malaysia staying at this hotel. If we go to Bukittinggi again, we will stay at this hotel again.

The hotel building is new, aesthetically pleasing design, elegant room interior, the entire area is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, quite comfortable and quiet because it is quite far from the center of the crowd. The facilities function well, only lacking a hairdryer which is not available.

It needs welcome drinks and quicker check-in.

The room is clean and comfortable. The balcony is great for relaxing. The service is quite good. There is a smart TV which is very helpful for entertainment in the room. For check in, the wait is long, there is 30 minutes from 2 o'clock. There is no hair dryer in the bathroom. Breakfast is a bit late to cook. Many menus are not delicious. There is even a smoked cake. For breakfast it is a bit disappointing.
