I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel and can highly recommend it to visitors to Riyadh. It's just a 2 minute walk to the metro station with easy connections to the airport (about 45 mins) and some tourist sites and shopping malls. The rooms are all in impeccable condition and excellently maintained by the staff. The breakfast is also very good with a wide selection of tasty food and also has some helpful staff assisting. The front desk staff were amazing in offering helpful advice and made my stay there very enjoyable 😊

The air condition is always on, even when switched off, it gets very cold and uncomfortable. The showers leak water outside the shower area to the bathroom floor. The response from the reception is not clear with temporary solutions at best.

Excellent room, good location for Metro access - that helps beating the Riyadh traffic.

Hotel is just fine. Utilitarian. Not luxury. But it works. A 4 star but more like a 3. I can’t fault it and I can’t recommend it.

A brand new hotel a bit off the beaten track with limited services.

Really bad first impression, we got there early from a long flight, they had our room ready, but they wanted to charge us to check in earlier. It’s not nice, since we were staying there for 1 week. They would have lost nothing by letting us into the room a few hours ready since that’s our room for the night. Never had this sort of money grabbing behaviour from other hotels. Usually hotels will let their guests in earlier if the room is ready. :(

I stayed in what was supposed to be a Junior Suite for four people, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. I had booked a room with multiple beds, yet we were given one bed and a sofa that didn’t open into a bed. When I asked about it, no refund or solution was offered. On top of that, the Wi-Fi connection was extremely poor and there was no cellular signal inside the hotel, making it very difficult to stay connected. The only positive aspect was the breakfast — it was fresh, varied, and well-prepared. Overall, while the breakfast was enjoyable, the rest of the stay did not meet expectations.

Breakfast was great. A lot of options to choose from. Hotel was very clean, amazing finishing with marbles shows great aesthetics. Its location is also in close proximity to a lot of business hubs. Will definitely try to stay here again. Only downside was they charged me half day’s price for early check in at 9am - but receptionist was courteous to include complimentary breakfast for that half day.
