Nice resort. Great waterpark inside. Outside is a nice pool but some activities were not open. Same as the inside waterpark. Should have more chairs for guests. Hotel still need to be completed and staff trained properly. Lots of questions to the staff and they had no answers. (What is the price of products? No answer. Do you have a list of ingredients for the cooked meals? No idea. Electrical panel in rooms are not tied to the wall. Bathroom door is too low to allow for the towel to go over it. Staff not very friendly (probably overwhelmed with the guests requirements). The check-in wasn't working (kiosks) so had to register at the front desk (under staffed). Got an email for a credit (thank you) since some of the water features weren't working, only to have to request it since it wasn't included in my final bill. The ability to pay with the bracelets wasn't working. So, very inconvenient. Parking is not big enough to support all of the guests, so have to pay another $30 parking fee... on top of the resort fee.... I was expecting to be paying slightly more for food (due to the convenience factor of being there), but at the price that I paid for the room / experience, I didn't expect to be nickled and dimed .... So, overall, it is a new resort with tremendous opportunity, but not ready for prime time.
