I stayed at Rumah Kandjani Jogja and wanted to share my experience so that it can be input for the management. Unfortunately, during my stay I did not find any staff on standby. The staff was only there when checking in at 14.00, after that the reception area was empty, even though it had been quiet since 19.00. When checking out at 05.00 in the morning there were no staff at all. This is quite disturbing, especially regarding the sense of security and comfort of guests. Some facilities are also less than optimal. The TV in the room does not work, the toothbrush is new but the bristles are very rough and uncomfortable to use. The AC is also unstable, often turning off and on by itself, disturbing rest. The place is actually clean and aesthetic, but overall it feels unprepared to receive public guests. The absence of CCTV in public areas also adds to the feeling of insecurity, especially at night when there are no staff on duty. Hopefully in the future it can be given more attention, because this place has good potential if managed more professionally.

I didn't expect there to be a cool accommodation for 3 people. Clean, comfortable, there is a kitchen, sofa, a room on the 2nd floor mezzanine with 1 queen bed & 1 single bed. It's really cool, really nice for resting. Like living in a studio apartment. It's just that at night the shower water was small 🫠 so taking a shower wasn't fun. I've reported it and it was responded to well, the next morning the water was stronger but the water was still not good enough, and the hot water in the shower didn't turn on. The wifi was confusing so it couldn't connect. But overall it's super cool, cool, clean, really comfortable for three people to stay, it's really fun. Thanks Rumah Kandjani.
