The staff is super friendly and so helpful during check-in. They even brought my luggage into the room and explained the details of the room equipment one by one. So extra! Best service. They even help do your laundry. There's also a heat rack for you to warm the towel. The amenities were so complete. There are lots of snacks and free drinks, not to mention the green tea was so good, and free night snacks which are available daily from 9-11 PM. If you have a package, the staff will secure it for you. The location is also nearby the Hangzhou metro. There's also a halal restaurant near the metro and hotel. The room is so comfy and has a nice view. Thank you Sunny for the hospitality during my stay. Surely will stay in this hotel for my next Hangzhou trip.
