Close to Heide park Soltau, awesome room

Great family hotel in a great town. We stayed just a few hundred meters from the town center with nice cafés and fairly cheap restaurants. The breakfast at the hotel was great.

Excellent place to stay at a very reasonable price.I would recommend it to anybody.There are plenty of things to do in the area and it is only 5 minutes walk from the train/bus station.The staff are super friendly.

The hotel rooms were very clean and very comfortable. The towels were not changed every day - and I approve of this. I don't change the towels daily at home. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and pleasant. The buffet breakfast was either served in the bar or in a separate breakfast room depending on the number of guests. There was plenty of choice either way and the fresh bread and rolls were delicious. We ate twice at the hotel for our evening meal - on our first and last evenings. On both occasions the food was delicious. Our rooms were on the second floor. There was a coffee/tea stand on the first floor landing for all rooms to help themselves at any time. Personally I like a cup of coffee first thing in the morning before I get dressed, leave the room, etc. and so I would have preferred tea/coffee facilities in the rooms themselves. This is not a criticism, merely a personal preference.

We booked the hotels to be near to Heide Park. The hotel is OK but a bit expensive, taking the location in consideration. If not for Heide Park the city offers you nothing. The breakfast was really nice.

Fint sted, der var nemt at finde. God kommunikation med receptionen via beskeder, da vi ankom efter åbningstiden. Det ene værelse var et fint temaværelse med natur/jagt, hvor udstoppede dyr kiggede ned fra vægen. Vi kørte tidligt igen, så vi fik ikke prøvet morgenbuffet.

Super morgenmad

Die Zimmer waren sauber. Beim Frühstück hätte gern mehr dunkles Brot dabei sein können und am Abreisetag das Frühstück vergessen, war schon komisch. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt gut geeignet. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt nicht empfehlenswert. Parken kann man direkt am Hotel. Für Fahrradurlauber ideal gelegen und es ist nicht wirklich weit zur Innenstadt.

Unser 3. Besuch dort, immer wieder gerne

Unterkunft ziemlich alt und das Bett hat geknarrt. Frühstück war in Ordnung, Personal war nett. Insgesamt zufriedenstellend

Freundlicher Empfang, nettes Frühstück und ein Zimmer, mit allem, was man braucht.

Sehr gute Unterkunft auch wenn man mit Kindern unterwegs ist.

Unsere Buchung von Expedia war im Hotel NICHT vorhanden und die Reaktion des Personals war unmöglich - sogar eher frech. werde dieses Hotel sicherlich nicht mehr aufsuchen

Sehr nettes Personal. Das Zimmer war groß, sauber und hell. Die Austattung des Zimmers war gut. Restaurant und Frühstück sind super, absolut empfehlenswert!

Das Hotel lag direkt an einer Bundesstraße, also ziemlich laut. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Außer Fisch alles da. Allerdings waren die Zimmer renovierungsbedürftig aber sauber. Das Bad war sehr klein und eng. Für einen Kurzurlaub ist das Hotel ok, auch wegen des Preises.
