Quaint and charming property with amazing kitchen service from our elegant multi course meal to the extravagant breakfast buffet in morning. Great location in town for strolling along to all of the shops as well as getting to trail heads for hiking up the mountain.

The hotel is centrally located, but away from the most touristic spots. The hotel is very comfortable, the indoor pool is large and there is a nice sauna area attached. The staff is very helpful and professional. Corona measures are strictly applied and adhered to. It is an ideal place to start hikes around Bad Harzburg.

I have stayed at the hotel many times. The facilities are great. However I have 2 comments. #1 - cigarette smoke drifted up the stairs into my corridor and infiltrated my room (#22). I hate the smell. In the future I never want to be placed near "Rauch". My second comment pertains to dinner on Monday 8 June. I stood in front of the dining area and no one asked me if I needed a table. Many staff walked by, looked at me and said nothing. I had to ask for a table. In the past there was always a very dignified gentleman in a black suit who handled this very quickly.I never saw him during my stay.If he no longer works there you need to bring a personality like him back into the dining area!

I would recommend this hotel for anyone wishing to stay in this area. The people are friendly and helpful. We were suprised to find out that not many English visit this area and would highly recommend it to anyone wishing to holiday in a hotel/area where everyone is friendly and helpful and the food and facilities are superb

Dejligt hotel, kan anbefales. Roligt beliggende. Restaurant hyggelig, man sad i mindre stuer, som gjorde det hjemligt.

Absolut zuvorkommender Service, hervorragendes Essen, einfach ein tolles Hotel in wunderschöner Umgebung.

Schönes, gepflegtes, mit vielen hübschen Kleinigkeiten eingerichtetes und familär geführtes Hotel; Personal immer sehr freundlich; im Hotel leckere, gehobene Küche zu entsprechendem Preis; alternativ in der Umgebung diverse kleine Geschäfte und weitere Restaurants+Cafes; in der Nähe Therme, Baumwipfelpfad, .... und Vielzahl von Wanderwegen; viele Ziele können auch per Bus erreicht werden (z.B. mit dem 875 auf schmalen Wegen durch den Wald ! zu Wasserfall; Rabenklippe, Luchsgehege -Fütterung am Mittwoch+Samstag nachmittags- u.a.m.); Schwimmbad ab 7.00 Uhr mit 12 / Saunen ab 16.00 Uhr mit 6 Liegemöglichkeiten ausreichend ausgestattet

Tolles Frühstück und chicer Frühstücksraum. Klimaanlage oder Ventilator wäre wünschenswert.

Ett mycket trevligt hotell med bra service. Särskilt frukostservicen var excellent. Minus att rummen saknade ventilation/ac vilket gjorde nätterna varma. Trevlig uterestaurang men minus för avsaknad av utomhusbar/cafe

Das Hotel ist in Ordnung, aber das Zimmer, das uns zugewiesen wurde, lag über dem Spülraum mit entsprechendem Lärm am frühen Morgen und am späten Abend. der blick war auf eine wand und mit geräuschen der absauganlage, alles in allem ein eher langweiliges erlebnis.

Excellent hotel, except for the wifi connection. City has limited dining options on workdays (especially monday and tuesday)

Großartiger Service, schöne Zimmer. Das Personal ist sehr darum bemüht, jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen.
