It was a pleasant stay because of the strategic location and delicious food.

Very poor hotel. The bed is not comfortable, almost broken. The water is running yellow and is dirty. They could do better to maintain this hotel.

It's my first time staying at this hotel. First impression is the hotel is very quiet, but at night it's very awesome, especially for the outdoor lighting.

I came here because I got caught in the rain, in the photos it looks luxurious, but when I arrived I was a bit shocked, because the hotel was very quiet, old hotel, the room was also basic, the door lock was broken, a bit dirty, the TV only had national channels and the signal was a bit bad, many of the taps were rusty but the hot water was okay, full and satisfying, there was no buffet breakfast so it was packaged, it was really quiet, the hotel floor was also dirty as if there were not enough employees and it was already quiet, asking for extra toothbrushes and towels was also not given.

Tried staying at Nam Hotel, after staying 2 nights at A***n. It was so different, only the lobby area had maximum lighting, for the area upstairs to the room there was very little lighting and it felt really creepy. I happened to get a room on the 9th floor and the corner, even though it was quiet, why were guests given the top and corner room. It was so dark, like I was testing my courage, I took a photo when I was about to check out from the elevator. I wanted to go back to take photos and videos, the hallway was already making my hair stand on end, the bathroom was also a bit dirty, like it had never been cleaned.

The worst hotel I've ever been to. Dirty conditions, clogged bathroom drains, lots of damage everywhere in the room facilities, smelly rooms, and inflexible service. I won't be returning here again. Very disappointed and highly not recommended.

The service was actually okay, and we even tried dinner when we first arrived, and it was okay. However, some of the bed linens weren't very clean, and in one of the rooms, the bathroom water took a long time to drain, causing it to pool. This could be improved. The location is good, right in the city center.

The hotel is quite strategic near PRJ Kemayoran.. it's just that the hotel is very old without maintenance (inaugurated in 1998, if you look at the inscription near the entrance). first entered, only my vehicle was in the parking lot, for visitors only a place to sleep, because there are business around Kemayoran, this hotel is quite adequate, but there are no facilities that can be expected for family vacation activities, etc. for example..

Old hotel under renovation, the rooms are quite spacious, comfortable but many things need to be fixed (doors and locks, curtain hangers, etc.). Hopefully the renovation will go smoothly so it can be even better
