The rooms are spacious and quite decent for the 200,000 rupiah price. There's a swimming pool, too. I'll definitely be coming back to Nemuru.

Many rusty things in the bathroom, heater pipe leaking, walls damp, flaky, and mouldy. The aircon is not cold, but it's still acceptable compared to the ugly wall. Was considering blocking rooms for families (because I will have an agenda near this hotel), but changed my mind.

Unfortunately, parking is paid, just like parking at malls. The Wi-Fi doesn't seem to have a good signal everywhere.

Amenities (coffee, sugar, tea) were missing, only bottled water. There were a few tissues, but they weren't in the right place. The towel rack in the bathroom was about to fall off. Towels were only available when requested, and it took about an hour to arrive. The bathroom floor wasn't clean and still felt dusty underfoot. The balcony was also dusty and dirty. Parking was stamped, but we still had to pay.

First time nginep here in the Bekasi area. Location is behind BTC mall. Next to it, there's a CGV cinema if you're bored, you can go there. The hotel does not have a deposit, but if you want a double card, you can pay 50k or leave your ID. The lift uses access. For the room, it's already a smart TV. I booked a deluxe room, it's quite big. However, it's not very soundproof because the room next to mine was playing YouTube very loudly, it could be heard in my room. Coincidentally, I got a room in the back area, so the view is a factory, and during the day until the afternoon, there's the sound of factory machines, which is not very pleasant. Better to ask for a room facing the front street, not the back. Next time I want to try the family room, it looks good. By the way, there's no phone, so use WhatsApp. Food is ala carte, not a buffet like usual hotels. But the good thing is it can be delivered to the room, which saves my time a lot. For the pool, there is one, but it only operates from 7 AM to 7 PM. Unfortunately, you can't borrow towels for swimming, so use your own towels from the room. By the way, the food is delicious, the fried rice and katsu are okay. Better for you to order gofood at night because BTC mall only has KFC and Hari².

Recommended hotel for a budget, nice, and comfortable stay. But not recommended during the holidays. The hotel rooms are full. I booked a superior room but got a standard room, even though the price is different. But never mind, it's still comfortable.

One of the best hotels in Bekasi. Clean room, good service, and strategic location. Worth the price!

Recommended for long stays. The staff is friendly and often asks when checking out if you want your room tidied up. The air conditioning is cool, the room is comfortable, and clean, and the best part is the free parking.
