The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. The breakfast was simple but delicious. The location is strategic, close to Sapa's tourist attractions.

Location: very good. It is located in the center of Sapa, you can walk to Sun Plaza and go to many cafes and restaurants by walk. Breakfast: delicious and clean foods are provided in the morning. Staff: very very kind person. Room: size, not too small and too big. It fits for 2 people (I booked deluxe room). Very clean, quiet. I love this hotel so much. Staff is very very nice. Will be back for sure

The receptionist is lovely, polite and helpful. The owner of the hotel welcomed me very well. This is one of the options that you should stay. Good price, very good location, can walk anywhere. Stayed in room with mountain view 402, beautiful view, can see Sunpraza building, quiet at night. Overall good.
