Wonderful stay! The rooms were exceptionally clean and fresh, which made it very comfortable. The staff was incredibly polite, kind, and helpful at all times. Their positive attitude really made a difference. Highly recommended!

Wonderful experience! The spa was the highlight. Great facial and massage with steam room, sauna, cold plunge shower, and tropical shower. French bakery attached to hotel. Pistachio cheesecake amazing.

Utterly unprofessional. Despite confirming in advance, my stay was mishandled in a way I’ve never experienced in 200+ nights per year of global travel. Poor guest care, poor management — avoid this property.

Rude staff. We didn’t get the room that we paid for .. we got the worse room and they said it’s sold out although I paid for premium rooms
