Clean rooms, quiet, and good staff!

Great location and super clean

contacted the hotel in advance to request an early check-in due to a wedding commitment and was initially told there was no flexibility or solution available. Because of the importance of the event, I took additional time out of my day to drive to the property and speak directly with the manager. The manager was courteous, understanding, and assured me that an early check-in would be accommodated.Unfortunately, when I arrived on the day of check-in to get ready for the wedding, I was told by front desk staff that an early check-in was not possible and that no such arrangement had been made. Despite explaining the situation, I was repeatedly told "no" and made no progress until I specifically named the manager I had spoken with and advised that I had email documentation confirming the arrangement.I should not have had to argue for something that had already been approved. After spending 30 minutes on phone calls and making a special trip to the hotel to secure the arrangement, the last thing I needed was additional stress while trying to attend an important event. The lack of communication between management and front desk staff created an unnecessarily frustrating experience and left me very disappointed with this establishment.To make matters worse, I didn't even verify my final invoice to determine whether I was charged for the early check-in. Given my experience, I worry about the time commitment and energy fighting for refund of early check in.

Breakfast was great

This hotel is new, well maintained and comfortable. Breakfast is Ok. Staff were very friendly but made quite a few mistakes that negatively impacted our experience, including entering our rooms when we were inside.

Great location for us. As were meeting in a different hotel.

This was the perfect hotel for 2 adults and 2 children. We had plenty of room, and were centrally located for all of the activities we had planned.

Last minute booking, due to a flight delay, and it did not disappoint. Unfortunately I didn’t get to take advantage of everything due to limited time at the hotel but everything is very useful if one has the time available

We were coming to stay in a hotel for a few nights in Thinder Bay for a wedding and came here, unsure of what to expect. The property is nice and new everything’s clean and the staff is so helpful. They even remembered my name! I would highly recommend staying here and it was great to have a full size fridge in our room. I would definitely stay here again!

Clean and comfortable

Clean, spacious rooms with comfortable beds & a great shower. Clean, well maintained property & friendly staff.

Hotel was new clean well taken care of. Pool area was exceptional.

I booked this hotel for a one-night stay. But my night was terrible, as I was scratching my hand and leg the whole night because the room had a lot of mosquitoes. Booked a premium hotel but feels like a cheap motel.

Breakfast choice was good. Good coffee Hot food selection was lacking in that food was just warm with sausage patties in completely dried out
