If you are confused about the location, you can directly contact the admin number, he is fast response. For the receptionist, he is very helpful when checking in and checking out. The man lacks a smile but the service is okay, he is fast. The bathroom is clean, only sometimes there is a smell of sewage which is quite disturbing when the door is first opened, but if you have been in the bathroom for a long time, you can't smell it anymore so it's safe. For the hot water, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't work, it's confusing, but it doesn't matter because the water is clean so it's nice to bathe. There are two versions. Check carefully whether you want an inside bathroom or an outside bathroom. The location is quiet even though it is in the middle of Kendari city. The best guesthouse. I rented it for 5 days btw. Keep going Kendari guesthouse.
