Amazing comfortable very nice breakfast was very appetizing parking easy and convenient very clean and professional staff that looks after their customers

Was a little leery pulling into the neighborhood/area but the hotel made up for it. Friendly staff, nice rooms and great complimentary breakfast. Ran out of time to take a swim but the pool area was very nice. Will definitely be back.

My biggest and crucial complaint about this Hampton Inn, is that they gave me the corner room with nice big windows, but there was a bar across the street that played very load music until 6am. Had I known they were going to do that, I would have asked for a different, quieter room. I didn't get any sleep. The worst part was, when I told the front desk person, she said to me that there was nothing they could do to compensate for my terrible stay, because I booked through Expedia. Had I booked through the hotel, then they could have done something. Also, had I booked through the hotel, then maybe they wouldn't have given me that noisy room. Is my guess anyway. So, I'm hoping you, Expedia, can help me with this issue, because I booked through your website. And I have a future booking in July, that I hope I don't have problems with as well. Your help is this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Great location close to downtown and UT Austin. Good breakfast and nice property

parking fees were the only negative

Fire alarm went off at 6am throughout the building and scared everyone. Not a great way to start your day

My second time stay here. The handicap Roll in shower is the room for my mother. Huge room and bathroom, high ceiling. The lobby is so spacious and comfortable to spent some quiet time there. Always has fresh brew coffee (4 kinds) and hot water for tea option. You won’t always find this at most of hotels. The hotel so new and the room is extremely clean. Breakfast is excellent always for Hampton Inn, won’t disappoint!! Extra $35 for parking is normal for Austin because it is also a security garage. This is our always stay hotel at Austin.
