The breakfast was pretty good. We had to move rooms due to an unpleasant odor, but the staff was responsive and helpful. Checking in late at night, the receptionist was no longer there, but they were easy to contact via the number on the app. Most impressively, the Torajan architecture is truly stunning.

I was personally captivated by the unique Torajan architecture; it's incredibly cool and detailed. An honest review of my stay: I checked in at 12 midnight and the receptionist was already gone, but when I called the number provided in the app, they responded quickly. Cleanliness needs to be improved. I did request a room change due to a persistent unpleasant odor, but the staff promptly accommodated. Breakfast was decent.

The staff is friendly and the environment is also ok

It should not be a star class hotel, but a jasmine. The hotel staff are like house employees, very disappointed to book a 3 star hotel but the quality is far from the stars.

The cultural impact is very noticeable 👍🏽
