Scams hotel never booked this hotel. Because of this hotel I need to look for another hotel on the New Year's Eve

The hotel scam has changed its name and owner and when you arrive there is no booking even though the money has been deducted.

The hotel is very clean, the staff are very polite and enthusiastic

I came here on a short trip to Hanoi, here on 22/2. So busy, I can't review it until now. About service: From Ho Chi Minh to Hanoi is not familiar so I feel a bit cold. At check-in although there was a little problem in the booking, but the support staff were very enthusiastic, quick and had hot tea for me to use while waiting to warm up. If I evaluate service points here, I will not hesitate to give maximum points. Staff are always cheerful, polite and most supportive. I noticed all the staff here are interested in the guests and provide maximum support for the guests to have the best experience. About location: Located between the old town convenient for you to travel. I walked all the convenient neighborhoods extremely once again to appreciate the staff here. I love the experience of Splendid Boutique extremely. The next time I return to Hanoi I am 100% sure I will still choose Splendid Boutique for my stay. Thank you for giving me a great experience in Hanoi

The room is quite small but the location and the staff's attitudes is perfect.

Wifi in the first floor room is weak, not used for work

The hotel is strategically located in the old quarter surrounded by lots of food stalls and shops. The highlight is actually the hotel staff, they are super helpful and friendly. They make you feel at home and not to mention the amazing hot breakfast they make every morning - the pho they cook, is amazing! Will come back here again for sure.

The room a little bit noisy from the other room, small but cozy. The breakfast is awesome, but the coffee not good

Great location. Walking distance from Hoan Kiem Lake, Bia Hoi Corner, and the bus station. The room we got (402) had some mold on its white walls. Apart from that, it was satisfactory stay.
