The staff members at this hotel were extremely friendly and service-oriented. Specifically, Kendal was fantastic during check-in when I arrived at 3:30 am! I had two different room reservations on different days, and he made sure that I wouldn't have to check out of one room and check into another one in the middle of my stay by upgrading me to a room that was available on all six days of my stay. The checkout was just as smooth due to the team of Mazlum, Berkay and Birol. They called a taxi for me and checked me out in less than 5 mins. The hotel itself was super clean and very quiet - great for a good night's sleep. To my pleasant surprise, the room had a fridge, freezer microwave and a cooktop with all pans and other cooking implements. I can see how families would love this, especially since the Axis mall with its grocery store is about a 1 km walk. The only downside is that restaurants are 1 - 2 km away, and the hotel breakfast starts at 8 am - a bit late if you want to get an early start to your day. So plan on making your own breakfast if you are an early bird. But overall, this is a real gem of a hotel at a very affordable price. If I was in the area, I would definitely stay here again.

Very spacious apartment- we were happy with the upgrade.

This location is next to a dog park and there are numerous dogs who bark all night long so quiet sleep is impossible ! Not sure but i scratched all night in bed also the bed may have had bed bugs too. The shower is very small so turning around is not possible .

Great hotel, newer building with good location. Stayed with family. Kitchen, laundry in the room was a plus.

The stay was amazing except with a comment need to highlight Upon reservation on App, it mentioned that room can accompany up to 4 persons while the sofa bed is too small and can’t accommodate more than a person Credibility is very import Specially in my case as i had to boom the room for couple of hours to sleep before Dawn flight

Had a wonderful stay at this place in Istanbul! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The entire property was spotless, and every detail was clearly well taken care of. The room was comfortable, stylish, and quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We are happy to give them a full 10/10 and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Istanbul!

New hotel, best place for the price

This hotel is in a great location. It is outside of the core of Istanbul but not so far away that you can't take a taxi. It is also a great distance from the airport. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Istanbul. The front desk staff is very helpful and were able to answer all of my questions. They also have a great local area knowledge surrounding the property.

Overall - average. Okay location, if you’re okay to travel to get to the main scenes. Nice kitchen with everything you need. Linens were cheap and didnt entirely fit the bed. Staff was nice and welcoming and helpful. Wifi worked well. Gym was great for a hotel!

Ants in kitchen.They want a hefty CASH deposit of on arrival! Housekeeping every few days, not daily . You have to ask for water and toilet roll . The ‘restaurant’ downstairs don’t actually provide food to order , the ‘Room service’ is in fact a third party company that take almost an hour to deliver. Parking is easy . The spa massage was worst I ever experienced. Reception are polite and helpful.

Great location walkable to shopping centre about 20 mins

My deposit has been blocked for the past 3 weeks eventhough the claim it is instantly refunded. The staff are unhelpful. They do not answer calls and they repeat the same message. So unproffesional.

Don’t expect good service there. I lost my key card, and the staff told me to come back later for a replacement. They don’t know anything about hospitality. Plus, the cleaning service is only provided every three days. The only good thing is that the building is still new, and the area is nice.
