Hotel is newly decorated so the furniture and the equipments are new. But all they need to be commissioned. I have faced to problems with Tv, wifi login, barriers at the car park exits while i was staying in a short time. And room service was awful. They didn’t make a hotels.com discount for my hotel extra expenses.

Here’s a polished review you could use: Our stay at the Radisson Istanbul Merter was excellent. The property is beautiful and exceptionally well maintained. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and provided a comfortable retreat after a busy day in Istanbul. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially appreciated during the warmer weather. The bed was very comfortable, and the bedding and pillows made for a great night’s sleep. The hotel staff clearly takes pride in maintaining the property, and it shows throughout. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul.

* Very low efficiency * house keeping staff ignored the do not disturb, knocked aggressively at 9am and then stood outside door laughing. * the same member of staff was listening into the room and laughing. This was seen by me via the rooms peaking hole. * room service called at 3am and didn’t speak on the line * orders took too long * for an international hotel with high volume tourists English levels were very low to the point where the phrase “pot of tea” was not understood.

Food is expensive. Some nice front desk staff. Same bellhops. Spa pretty good. Curtains had those white fluffy dandelion type seeds stuck to them--all over front of hotel. Trees blowing into hotel. I felt hotel location way too far away from tourist spots.

I had an amazing experience staying at Radisson hotel Istanbul Merter. The room was very clean, staff was friendly, and the breakfast buffet was great. Overall, a lovely stay at the hotel and I totally recommend this hotel.

Gerçekten temiz konforlu bi misafirlik geçirdim ,otel e-5 otobanının dibinde olması biraz tereddüt ettirsede odaya çıkınca ses izolasyonun şokuna uğruyorsunuz hiç ses geçirmiyor camlar teşekkürler

Kahvaltı çok güzeldi. personel mükemmel derecede çok güleryüzlüydü, kibar ve nazikti tüm personel. İlk gün odaya girdiğimizde temizlik çok güzeldi. Sadece sabah müsait olmadığımız için temizlik sonra isteyeceğiz dedik. Öğleden sonra temizlik istedik ama yapılmadı.

Big plus is to very close to retail shooping in merter. I only book 5 star hotell in turkey for best experience and the price is good for luxury like this hotell
