Poor communication and shower flooding

The owner was always quick to respond to any questions/requests we had. The apt was clean and everything was in good working order. The Bath Center was a comfortable walk as well as the train and bus station

Fab little studio, perfect location in a quiet street but only a short walk to the train station and city centre.

Great location, really comfy beds, nice and clean. Only natural light is the front door and could do with an oven as only a microwave. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay at the Design Studio was very good. The place is perfectly situated between Bath town centre and the fantastic canal. We appreciated the quiet street so that we could sleep well. The studio is beautifully decorated. The original drawings are exquisite! The white linen, tile floor and stylish simplicity makes one feel at ease. I was surprised at how comfortable and firm the fold-out sofa bed was. Check-in communication was clear and the process is simple. All in all, the place is highly recommendable

Lovely basement apartment that has everything a couple or individual would need in a pretty location

Great size, great location, not ideal for parking as we had to leave the car a bit of a walk away.

An initial mix up which was completely our fault was dealt with superbly. Ana was a perfect host...

Accommodation was perfect. Close to the city centre, beautifully decorated, clean and very convenient.
