The hotel staff was friendly... It was just a shame I got a room with a water heater that didn't work, a leaking sink, and a leaking toilet. Everything else was fine.

The room was comfortable, clean, and highly recommended. It's close to the terminal, in a strategic location, and good. I'll definitely be back.

The hotel staff were friendly, welcoming, and provided a smooth check-in process. The rooms were clean, and the service and amenities were complete, allowing for a peaceful and comfortable rest.

The hotel is on the main road, making it easy to get everywhere. The air conditioning in the room is very cold, but the temperature can be adjusted. It does have a freshly painted smell when you first enter, but that goes away after a while. Overall, it's very good and worth the price.

The receptionist was friendly in his response, the room was very clean, very comfortable during the stay, the hotel type was free.

A hotel with super stupid employees, not willing to be blamed. I booked for 1 night, then in the morning I wanted to leave, and told the receptionist ANDIKA, if I wanted to extend for another day. She said okay, the room is ready, just pay tomorrow. In the afternoon the female receptionist chatted me. Said to check out immediately. Meanwhile I was far from the hotel. She threatened, she would be charged a late check, if I didn't check out at 2 pm. You're crazy! If in the morning she didn't say there was an empty room, of course I would hope for understanding. This was at 1 pm, told to check out, without any. Clarity of compensation. Beware of the female receptionist who claims to be named Juleha/Jule * I forgot, and ANDIKA whose information is misleading.

Clean room, cold AC, friendly staff. Tea, coffee are provided in the room. For drinking water, you can take it from the dispenser near the lobby. Overall it's good. The only drawback for me is no hot water shower.

Anyway, you won't regret staying here 👍👍
