Lovely seaside b&b run by a kind couple and their sweet dog. Home-like environment, with comfortable rooms, calming decor, thoughtful amenities, great breakfast, and excellent location. One small glitch was handled with grace and generosity. Highly recommend and hope to return.

Lovely place for our wedding anniversary celebrations. The most welcomed gift of bottle of prosecco and anniversary card from our host's was a very thoughtful touch. Decor throughout was fabulous. Breakfast was gorgeous and plentiful. Comfy bed and wonderful views. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

Property was fantastic hosts couldn’t do enough for us ! Excellent breakfast , very clean ! Great location just minutes from beach and town ! Only draw back traffic noise at night . Highly recommended!!

Absolutely superb (ideally located just across from the beach) in EVERY way. Spotlessly clean, bright and spacious room with a nice and very tasteful nautical theme. Lovely little touches such as chilled water and milk in the mini-fridge were especially appreciated over a warm Easter weekend! Delicious and nicely portioned Full English Breakfast cooked to perfection and served in an airy breakfast room. Owners Sarah and Kev could not have been more welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay again on any return trip to Weymouth!

were met by the owner and made extremely welcome. We were shown the breakfast/small lounge are and taken to our room. The room was average bedroom sized but with wardrobe and plenty of drawer space,hot drink materials supplied ironing board and iron, bottled water (all replenished daily),alarm clock and TV. Breakfast was a great choice for all tastes from fruit, cereal and cooked. Free parking bays available to rear of property (have a spare key available just incase you block someone in when your out) and on the main road outside there is space for 4 cars to park for free but they are first come first served.

We stayed at the Letchworth for two nights and would thoroughly recommend staying there. Sarah met us and could do no more to make our stay enjoyable. The room, even though it wasn't the biggest was very well set out and the fridge was a welcomed bonus. Breakfast was very well cooked and exactly as requested. the property is well situated for the town, Theatre, station and countryside walks. All the other rooms were not being used so we had no problem parking at the property.

We were made very welcome by Sarah. Our double ensuite room was comfortable and nicely decorated with lots of little attention to detail. The breakfasts were a variety of well cooked food of good quality and quantity. The guest house was efficiently run and had everything we needed to make our stay in Weymouth a happy and relaxing one. Very good value for money in a good position adjacent to the Esplanade. Highly recommended.
