Great location, very quiet street but loads to do around. Would happily stay there again! Charming hotel

This studio is very well-located, comfortable, and clean. All the amenities are top-notch, and the reservation system is professional and reliable.

A beautiful, centrally located hotel in the core of Paris that was surprisingly affordable given its location. Minutes from Arts et Metiers metro station. Just a quick 25 minute walk to the Louvre, and 1 hour walk to the Catacombes. Room was well thought out and had a kitchen with dishwasher, cooktop and pots/dishes. Very handy for those who want to cook! Highly recommended!

Our 4-night stay here was ok. I booked this property because of the location and air conditioning (AC). The spiral staircase is quite steep so the elevator is helpful, but most days the elevator smelled like a trash chute. When we arrived, I messaged management on their portal that the AC did not work in the bedroom. There is a thermostat in the living room (we set it to 19 C) and the bedroom, but we could only control the living room. The bedroom thermostat read 28.5 C when we arrived. I received a message about an hour later that they had notified the engineers. The following day, they said they reset the system and that it should work, but I messaged back that it still didn't. Aly (?) messaged me later in that day asking to send a photo of the error message I was receiving on the bedroom thermostat, which I did. However, the next morning the photo and messages saying the AC still did not work were no longer listed in the messaging portal. We did our best to open the windows in the evening to cool off the bedroom but it didn't help much. There was a power outage our last night and once the power came back on it completely reset the AC system and we were finally able to use thermostat in the bedroom and it worked part of the night but it shut off at some point. I understand that a messaging portal/virtual reception can save time but some of my messages disappeared and they didn't seem to care to help as no one ever offered to come to the unit.

I stayed for 6 nights in May 2026. it is quite newly renovated but everything there are small but functional (very common in Paris). location is great and walkable to everything but kinda tucked away from all the noisy bars and night life of Marais. highlights: 1. Luggage locker: I loved their luggage locker made me feel safe. I didn’t lock my lock properly (my bad) and came back 6 hours later and luggage are still safe. 2. Elevator: it is tiny but i’m just grateful there is one after waking 25,000 steps a day in Paris. 3. there is no front desk or on site staff, which wasn’t an issue for me, never felt unsafe while staying there. 4. A/C: I stayed for 6 nights during paris heat wave, and extremely grateful about the strong central AC they have. 5. housekeeping: they do provide daily housecleaning. there is a french hot keeping guy who has been super friendly and helpful when I stay there on my solo trip. even though we had language barriers, the experience was very pleasant and he was very helpful. one thing to consider if you are sensitive to noise is that sound proofing of the room isn’t great. I can hear my neighbor get off their bed and every step walking in their room and their TV sound too. luckily most people staying here were out being tourists most of the day, so impact wasn’t too bad.

We were situated a few minute walk from a couple metro stations, lots of eating establishments and shopping. It was was located in a nice area of Paris. It was great to have use of a washer and dryer.

Once the Beauquartier staff and I were able to connect with each other directly, the check in process went smoothly. Going through a third party was troublesome because it transferred incorrect information about my account (sent another traveler’s contact info to the host). Ultimately I called the property and discovered they had been trying to reach me as I had been them. Avoidable anxiety down to the final hours before check in when I had to have instructions and access. Once connected, there was a person on call at Beauquartier company 24 hours. But the digital check in and their website that provided WiFi PW and instructions was very smooth and I was self reliant. Terrific location - Paris radiates from this central location on the Right Bank. Daily housekeeping services. Quality bedsheets and towels. Contemporary appliances.

There was five flights upstairs and the stairs are super slippery. I slipped because of this and cracked my skull open and ripped my ear and two pieces. The carpet on the stairs is unsafe would not recommend.

Room was great, nice location. Had a great time.

Good HVAC. Shower was good. Laundry accessible. Amazing location

Good value. However, there were issues: instructions getting into the building were not clear. Aslo, the elevator was challenging.

Location is wonderful. Laundry is great but do have to negotiate a small circular stairway which is tricky if you are older. communication with staff good with checkin and i was able to check in early. however the shower was over a high walled bath and a little difficult also for an older person

Room was spotless every day. Comfortable bed. The hotel is small, but the room and bathroom were a nice size. Lots of complimentary coffee. The hotel is in a great location. Very quiet at night.

I loved this place. General areas small but room and ensuite perfect. In the Marais. I want to go back
