This is an excellent hotel and GREAT value for money. We stayed before in Hotel do Champagne in Epernay, was ☠️. Staff lovely but room a disaster. This hotel was a little way out of the town of Epernay, but Ay is a stunning town with many great champagne houses, easily walkable. The room was dark, comfortable, incredibly quiet, there was a huge shower, good amenities, water pressure a little low, but not too bad! Bed was comfortable but not over luxurious. We didn’t use the mini bar but it was well stocked. Breakfast was fine, good coffee, lovely bread. Overall it was a really good experience, and we will definitely stay there again.

Safe and secluded in Eperney! Parking here was the easiest in France! Our welcome was gracious and our room was extremely spacious. We had a WC and bath with robes and slippers. The courtyard was quaint for wine and or coffee. The staff went above and beyond and beyond helping us. The pool was not my favorite as it was inclosed but I can see how in normal weather it would have an advantage. Did I mention the courtyard was very nice? They also had a salon for chilling. We did not have breakfast but the accommodations looked nice.

Excellent position in the village, amazing staff extremely helpful and welcoming to the hotel, and provided great advice on availability of restaurants in the village and Epernay. Very secure garage for parking and a good breakfast choice. Pool. Looks great although we didn't use it. Highly recommended..

Lovely hotel in a quiet area, with some nice features and a quaint courtyard to enjoy a bottle of fizz on a sunny day. Friendly staff, a big and secure garage to store your car, and free tea and coffee. Highly recommended and decent value for money. Note - it only offers breakfast, but there are several very good restaurants locally that you can go to for lunch and dinner. Avarum is particularly excellent, but you’ll probably need to make a reservation in advance for many of the local restaurants as they are very popular.

Lovely hotel - spacious rooms, close to many champagne houses. Front desk managers were very accommodating and polite. Dea (apologies if I’m misspelling your name) was very kind to us and made us feel so welcome. Only stayed for one night but we enjoyed.

We only were at the hotel for a short stay but the hotel was lovely! Staff was excellent at check-in. Showed us to our room and provided a list of restaurant recommendations in the area.

My only regret about this hotel was not staying longer! We arrived in the evening after a long drive in the rain. Lucy checked us in and promptly called the only restaurant still open to see if they could fit us in, they did! The hotel itself is gorgeous! And has free parking in a garage across the street. We had the breakfast the next morning which was also great! We also took a quick dip in the pool which was the cutest pool area I ever saw! Although we were only there for one night, it was wonderful and it is on our list of places to return to!

Absolutely loved this hotel. It was on a quiet street, the building is gorgeous, our room was so beautiful and comfortable. It was worth every penny. We had breakfast 2 of the days, and the offering was fantastic. Lots to choose from. My favourite part was the drinks station under the stairs. Endless sparkling water was a dream! Definitely recommend this place.

Whilst the building is attractive, the interior decor is tired. The bedroom and reception rooms require refreshing. The guest areas lacked character. The breakfast buffet was cramped, with a mediocre selection. We could not get water hot enough for tea.

Comfortable hotel. Could do with drinks options in room as only self serve was struck under the staircase. Great off street parking. Breakfast hours in the week not very tourist friendly. Good location for champagne houses and Pressoria exhibition.
