Our room was not cleaned and just left.. Back of the toilet as seen from the hall could have been cleaned better. One tissue left in the box....just small things.Charged twice on the hotel tax: paid in cash paid on check in because we were told that the hotel tax could not be added to our credit card. Well appointed hotel for the train and in easy walking distance to downtown. Radisson you can do better

All the people at the reception were very nice and helpful, couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The room was clean and spacious, better than i anticipated. If I ever travel back to Reims, Radisson will be my preferred hotel.

A relatively new property, clean and well located. The staff were friendly and helpful. The cocktails were well made. The bed was comfortable and the room had everything you need. The one issue was that there was no drawer space for small clothing items.

Rooms were warm and climate control was a little difficult to moderate! All good and we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is a little out of the way, so expect some additional walking to get to the main areas of Reims.

The only small issue I encountered was that the cleaning lady did not leave extra towels in the room. Having additional towels would have been convenient after a long day of sightseeing. Nevertheless, this was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise flawless experience. One of the standout features of the hotel was its exceptional art and décor. The thoughtfully designed interiors added to the overall ambiance, making my stay even more enjoyable. In summary, I highly recommend the Radisson in Reims to anyone seeking a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay. The attentive staff and high standards of cleanliness make this hotel an outstanding choice for travelers.

A standard hotel with small rooms and mediocre breakfast. Nothing special. Doesn't worth the money. It should be much cheaper

Extremely comfortable hotel to stay in with great facilities. The staff are very friendly and we had everything we needed for an overnight stay. The location around the hotel is a little under developed, but other than that it works very well. Also worth noting that the car park is in the adjacent building. Worth letting the reception team know so you can get a reduced parking rate for your stay given the affiliation they have with the car park. Overall would recommend.
