The hotel was lovely and the staff were excellent. Our room was not ready, but the staff stored our luggage so we could take a planned winery tour (across the street!) and lunch. I highly recommend dinner at the restaurant - the food was excellent and the service attentive

Great hotel in beautiful town. Was upgraded free of charge as the room we booked was not easily accessible with a small baby and pushchair. Room was spacious snd clean. Breakfast was good with amazing fresh orange juice!

The hotel is in desperate need of some upkeep. The walls appear marked, carpet is dirty, in general the hotel needs a paint job and refresh.

Rooms are somewhat comparable to North American standard. A little run down but acceptable. We are from Canada. Staff was friendly. Restaurant

The reception and bar area smelt strongly of drains, the bar was closed as it was Monday, no wines even available. Very disappointing stay and we expected better from the Chapoutier name.

Not sure how this hotel is rated 4 star. Total dump and the staff could care less. Room was dirty and smelled of mold and cigarettes. Flies and mosquitoes everywhere in the room. It was disgusting so we checked out early. The owners should be ashamed of themselves. What a disappointment. 1 star

Lovely hotel. Great location near to shops and restaurants. Nice staff. Amazing pool that the kids enjoyed thoroughly. Would come back again!

Really loved our stay at this property! Spacious room and love balcony. Small hotel that was perfect for our family and the area was wonderful to walk around and explore. The spa was a lovely bonus although we didn’t realize it wasn’t a service spa until our last day so we weren’t able to use it as much. We also didn’t realize we had to reserve for the restaurant and weren’t able to eat there one of the evenings, but got pizza from across the street and it was perfect. Staff were friendly and it was very peaceful. Also great black out blinds!

Your hotel is beautiful, However your staff are the real reason I am writing this review. Above and beyond kindness and very helpful. I would stay here again. The breakfast was delightful. Though your spa is so amazing, I went 2x a day. I would suggest making your jacuzzi much warmer for the weary traveler needing to soak their sore back. I was there on Sunday and Monday. It would have been nice for the bar and restaurant were open. I feel like I missed a real treat!

Hidden gem of a property. Lovely and helpful staff. Had a light meal at the restaurant which was beautifully presented. Enjoyed using the gym, but could be improved by some drinking water in the fridge and some towels. Rooms could be improved by ceramic cups rather than disposable ones for tea and coffee. Otherwise perfect. Nice safe parking in enclosed courtyard. Would definitely stay again, highly recommended.

Really nice hotel, we didn't get the room we booked so it was smaller than we were expecting, but it was comfortable and clean. It was very quiet and faced the rear of the property. Good car park with a code so it felt very safe.

Parking conveniently in courtyard if hotel. Pool small but nice. Paintwork in rooms a bit tired, and doorless shower meant water went everywhere. Room looked over a road with more noise than expected at night. Nice orange juice squeezing machine at breakfast.

Séjour très décevant pour un établissement 4 étoiles. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons constaté un manque de propreté général : les toilettes n'étaient pas nettoyées correctement et une serviette déjà utilisée avait été oubliée dans la salle de bain. Les murs n'étaient pas propres non plus, certains avec des toiles d'araignée , et le canapé-lit semblait avoir été refait à la hâte. Le lendemain nous avions mis la pancarte "ne pas déranger" mais le personnel s'est quand même permis de rentrer dans la chambre. Sans s'excuser bien sûr. Le spa était satisfaisant, bien que le hammam soit fermé — une information qu'il aurait été appréciable de connaître avant notre arrivée. Ayant besoin de repasser une chemise, j'ai demandé un fer et une table à repasser au personnel. On m'a remis un fer cassé, donc inutilisable. En revanche, le restaurant est excellent et la piscine très agréable.

L’endroit est un peu année 70 réhabilité Partiellement Chambre double spacieuse mais deco et mobilier triste . Canapé convertible d’un confort et de modernité dépassée Le personnel est charmant l’endroit est très propre mais mériterait une modernisation

Très bien superbe chambre juste le bruit de la route le matin à cause de la vétusté des fenêtres
