Rooms clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Food was ok, breakfast buffet great variety

I was disappointed with my stay here. The advertising gives the impression of an authentic Alsatian experience, but in reality it felt more like a tourist trap. The restaurant served low-quality meals with frozen vegetables and ingredients that were far from the fresh, regional food one expects in Alsace. The overall atmosphere did not reflect the local culture, which was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. If you’re looking for a genuine French or Alsatian experience, I would recommend looking elsewhere. Unfortunately, this place does not meet the standards you would expect for the region.

This is a nice hotel with a restaurant. It is located in Bergheim, which is not touristy. My primary reason for the 3 rating is that our room was extremely hot, even though the lower parts of the hotel seemed cool.

Our room had everything we needed to accommodate the 3 of us. The staff were friendly and competent.

Great property in the middle of the wine routes in Alsace. Great customer service, rooms are clean and well maintained. I was there with my family including 2 small children. Would recommend this for all travelers. Restaurant was amazing, great food and service. All the noteworthy places in the Alsace region are within a short drive. Overall great experience!

Great atmosphere, historic property

Nice location in a beautiful little town. Good restaurant inside the hotel but poor selection for breakfast considering the price.

The room itself was a fantastic space! Very comfortable and quite cute. The whole building and town are just lovely. Wish we would have had time to stay for the Christmas Market.

Amazing town, full of colourful old buildings. The accommodation was perfect, if you want an authentic French experience, this is the place you shoukd stay. Great pool and spa, great restaurant. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend it to everyone!

Great place to spend couple of nights. We have been just 1 night and enjoyed so much.

Great place, wonderful staff, unfortunately when we were there it was very hot and the room is not air conditioned which made the stay very uncomfortable.

The hotel is beautiful with a lot of character, the bed was very comfortable and the room was cozy, the kitchenette is well equipped and the spa and breakfast were very enjoyable. We will come again with our extended family! Many thanks.

Lovely hotel in a quiet village. Clean, comfortable and the pool/jacuzzi were a bonus. Restaurant within the hotel complex served decent food at good prices. Would recommend!

Lovely village. Charming old hotel. Very good restaurant in the village Wistub du Sommelier. Some very good wine makers within 10 mins of village- Deiss, Spielmann, Gassmann. Room a bit tired but clean. Restaurant not as good as others in the village. Decent value for the room considering location.

Overall good, nice staffs, nice restaurant and a very pretty roof terrace. Room is very old, facility can be improved. No kettle or tea/coffee facility within the room.

Hôtel très agréable, notre suite était spacieuse et très propre. Beau restaurant sur place, piscine et jacuzzi propres et agréables, le personnel est accueillant et à l’écoute. Bonne adresse, nous reviendrons!

Superbe demeure chargée d'histoire, mais chambre vieillotte, comme passer la nuit chez mamie. Staff gentil Petit déjeuner simple mais bon. Restaurant sert les spécialités locales, rien de super original mais bien exécuté
