Wonderful stay. We booked a very last minute deal, and we're upgraded to a superior room with a balcony. Great staff, breakfast was plentiful, room was clean with superb veiws. They have paddle boards and kayaks free to use and direct access to the lake which was great. Also highly recommend Pizzeria da Jonny takeaway just a couple minutes walk up the road.

My friend and I booked two lake view rooms which were lovely. Unfortunately I reported at least 3 or 4 times that my wall lights didn’t work, my tea was not replenished nor was my water in my bar fridge. I eventually gave up. The staff were not particularly friendly or helpful apart from one lovely girl on reception but this did not apply to staff when requesting drinks or menus. I think the hotel is in a beautiful spot and we loved our rooms but the hotel management are at fault for not training their staff to the level one would expect at this hotel.

Really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very accommodating and it was a great getaway for wife & I. Use of the bikes were nice and we we able to explore the local area. Make sure to reserve time at the wellness and enjoy the jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room. Will stay again if we go back to Lake Garda

I had spend for one night a high price to stay in a hotel near the water as this was a 4* property. Bu t I was highly diaspointed as the condition of the room and the amenities were no more than a 2*. The air conditioning in the room did not work, the room and the bathroom in a very bad state as things were coming off or broken, . there was no parking at the hotel as stated. the staff was not very friendly or helpful. IN all I was very disappointed with my stay here.

I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. The hotel staff was very friendly from the reception, to the bar and restaurant. The location is beautiful, by the lake with a lovely swimming pool area, ideal to escape from a super busy location but close to saló and many different activities. An amazing place to relax.

This is a beautiful and charming hotel in a lovely picturesque location. The friendliness and service of the staff makes for a great experience. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful and in a peaceful / tranquil setting. The hotel was truly boutique being not too big and tastefully decorated.

We really loved our stay at Hotel Spiaggio d'Oro. The location is very nice on western shores of Lago di Garda. The hotel has lake views and the restaurant, breakfast nook juts out to the lake. Overall the service was very nice except one of the receptionists who was not very user friendly to us. The other staff were great. Nice garden and swimming pool. A short walk to a beautiful promenade with great local restaurants. A small bakery just across the main road is very happening. The room is not large but very comfortable. The bath is fine and two sinks for couples. One of the best breakfasts we encountered while traveling in Europe for three weeks, I would strongly recommend the hotel though a few do it yourself amenities such as moving your own luggage to and from the car to your room. Would stay there again and the price was nice for off season.

Wonderful location the view takes your breath away this hotel was amazing, the staff were really friendly, going above and beyond to assist in any way possible, would defiantly go back and recommend to others

Nice hotel. Quiet, great food! Uncomfortable bed and strange shower. It was a otherwise a perfect stay.

The excellent views across the Lake were awesome. Good choice of seating areas to relax and chill. Easy access to boat and bus transport. The Staff did all they could to make our stay a pleasant experience.

Rooms typically Italian basic but very comfortable. Staff eager to please and bar prices very good. Pool spotless and superb location.
