After a 450Km drive my experience from the receptionist was not friendly. No meal tonight and wifi in St Nectaire is not working. Decided not to stay and the alternative hotel suggested was shut. Went to the Mercure Hotel and received a proper friendly, professional welcome. Come on Logis get a grip!!

all is good, bedroom , service, food, friendly staff helping with the luggage, parking accross the streeet for hotel guests only.

Host were very approachable and the food was excellent. Dinner was homecooked meal served by the host themselves, an breakfast was fresh. Soundproofing of room can be improved as footsteps in the corridors and upstairs unit can be heard clearly, water flow in pipes were also audible. Not much shopping around but the view is great. Overall recommended for a short stopover. Great for hikers as there are many hiking routes around.

The hotel is well located in the town, with an easy walk to the high portion of town as well as from the casino. The staff is amazingly helpful, and easily switches between French, English, and Dutch. If you are pressed for time, ask them about their "products de terroir" available for sale. We ate in the dining room for two buffet breakfasts (supplemental price) and one dinner. The dinner is limited to chalkboard-listed specialties, only. The Truffade St Nectaire was great. The only complaint was the basic accommodations in the room. Don't anticipate to linger in the room, as they are small and basic. Generally, a nice, provincial hotel.

Hôtel de village sympathique, Dans la chambre familiale que nous avons réservée les vasques sont dans la chambre des enfants. Dommage de ne pas cloisonner. Un morceau de St Nectaire au petit déjeuner aurait été appréciée. Très bonne literie. Calme. Bien placé. Bon accueil.

mauvais sejour .la chambre retenue au 3em etage sans assanceur .Nous avons pris la chambre de depennage au premier etage passable . Nous n avons pas ete admis au restaurant manque de place et de personel . Nous avons demande un sandwich ou assiette froide qui nous a ete refuser . La reponsable pas aimable

Très bon séjour le personnel est très accueillant et aux petits soins Le dîner nous fait découvrir les spécialités locales et le petit déjeuner offre beaucoup de choix

We felt like family guests. Because all restaurants in the village had already closed, the kitchen was opened especially for us ans a wonderful regional meal was prepared

La literie est bonne, nous avons appréciés la température de la chambre (pas trop chaude pour la période)

Très bon accueil à l'arrivée et personnel très compétent et nous le conseillons à notre entourage

Accueil très sympathique , mais chambre humide , odeur peu agréable. Literie pas confortable, on a conscience de chaque ressort. Très mal insonorisé : on entend le ronflement de son voisin du dessus, comme si on y était...idem pour les toilettes ou la douche... du coup nuit peu reposante. Petit déjeuner tout à fait correct.

Très bien situé,la sonorisation intérieure est a revoir.le personnel est à l'écoute.

Réceptionniste exécrable, arrivé prévu à 14h mais réception ouverte à 16h. Odeur de poisson et de friture dans l'hôtel. Aucune insonorisation, on a l'impression de dormir sur la route. Chambre ok.

Manque d isolation au niveau de la porte d entrée nous entendons tous les bruits du palier. Et isolation entre les chambres. Le reste impeccable.
