The pool, jacuzzi and sauna area was a fabulous treat and really well kept. The breakfast was really good with plenty of gluten free options, nespresso coffee and milk alternatives. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

The staff were helpful and friendly. Received a warm welcome on arrival when booking in. The room was in good condition, but lacked plug points near the bed. The bathroom was in good order and the was great, except on the final morning, no hot water and the shower gel ran out. (Mentioned it to the receptionist when booking out, they stated they were aware of the problem and maintenance were working on it, No apology). Another member of my group had to ask for shower gel and hand wash as there was none in their room on arrival. Had to ask again as only supplied with hand wash. Breakfast was chaotic, there only appeared to one member of who I felt sorry for as they were running around trying to do everything. Long queue for the food which came out in small quantities, running out immediately. (Although on a positive point it did mean it was fresh). The small coffee machine kept getting jammed and running out of water. I witnessed a number of guest complaining throughout my two night stay. I felt sorry the staff as it was clear they were doing their best, battling a lack of resources and what appeared to be a lack of investment (faulty equipment). Overall I would say considering how the hotel portrays itself as a luxury Golf & Spa hotel, it failed to live up to expectations.

Most staff were professional and thoughtful but the room was let down by looking tired and the bed was two singles zipped together. Not as booked and we kept sinking into the join. It was otherwise spacious with a great view. Great location and very clean spa. Tasty breakfast. Cosy ambience with elegant facade. Worth a visit but double check bed and room location.

Feels as though the dining and bar areas could do with some sprucing up in particular- have a slightly dated feel. Rooms are decent enough and a good size. Excellent gym which is free to use.

Staff were friendlu and helpful. Corridors to the rooms were freezing as they stayed open therefore the bedroom was cold low down and lost heating everytime you opened the door. Restaurant was not fully booked but they ran out of at least 3 x main courses which was disappointing on a Sunday evening. Location was perfect for Bicester Village.

Poor room, carpet dirty. Keycards didn’t work Breakfast careless. Nothing available all guests asking for milk, juice & basic coffee to be filled. Cleaning left everywhere Spa dirty, steam out of use or random cleaning at 11am Awful & will be complaining to hotel. Should be regraded. It’s more 3 than 4 star.

Check in was made before 15.00 at 14.30. The receptionist said they would check on room readiness but never told us the room was ready although we were sat at the desk. Others arriving were given rooms. So I had to ask if we were being dealt with before they offered us a room. Room was very dull and paint with faded.
