Excellent location , staff very friendly and helpful and breakfast had a great choice . Would definitely recommend .

Only 5 minutes walk from main square. A traditional b&b with great breakfast and friendly staff, great for our 2 night stay.

Great stay

Couple of minutes from the town centre. Good location. Staff and breakfast great. We were in a double room which was quite cramped. Only one chair and TV could do to be upgraded. Nowhere to hang coats unless you put in the small wardrobe. It is also advertised as having a guest lounge, but it does not! This was disappointing as am a light sleeper and would have been nice to have somewhere to go and sit. Our room also backed onto a gym and the lights in the car park were coming on at 5am as well as being able to hear visitors talking loudly.

Great guest house, close to the centre of Keswick. Friendly staff, great breakfast and adequate room. Lovely lounge available to use. Would definitely stay here again

Perfect for what I wanted

The reception was lovely, staff and breakfast were great. With the room, was a bit more cozy than the pictures gave out. Great views of the fells. But the carpet was stained and very dark. Overall was lovely.

Lovely clean and cosy room

Beautiful hotel and spotless! Very comfortable room and toiletries. Great view of the hillside and very close to town. A comfortable lounge also available for guests operating an honesty box system for drinks and snacks. Breakfast was outstanding and the staff really nice. Will definitely stay again, we loved it. Just a shame it was one night on the way to Scotland. Will go for longer next time. Thanks for a fabulous stay.

Nice room,but cupboard was a bit small for hanging clothes up..as the bottom half was taken up by other stuff left in there.
