Smack bang in the middle of the city centre. Check in was quick and efficient and Sam was lovely. Big room with a fab little kitchen, super king size (very comfy) bed. Large powerful shower, big soft towels, everything spotless and staff really friendly and helpful Excellent breakfast Will def stay again Thanks So much

Fantastic apartments in the heart of Leeds. Spacious room with kitchen and living area and also a large, comfortable beds. Aircon was great and there is also a space to work if you are away on business.

Great location for rail links and for the city, superb breakfast too ....

It was a great hotel with large rooms! Mine had a kitchenette. The only two drawbacks: my room was only cleaned one time in 8 days. Taxis are difficult to sort out.

The second time we have stayed here and it won't be the last. Conveniently situated in walking distance of the city centre and train station. The rooms are wonderfully spacious and clean and the staff are wonderful and a real asset. We parked in the Q park which is just round the corner, a 2 minute walk at most and the hotel offer a discount on parking there. We had breakfast both mornings and there is plenty of choice to suit all tastes. Loved our 2 night stay and cant wait for the next one.

The room was a great size, kitchenette had everything we needed. Big TV, lounge area, large shower, comfy bed. Could not complain about anything. Location is right near the station although we parked the car in the car park next door. This was quite expensive but used the 35% discount for Hyatt customers which saved some money. Advance booking is required. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel in the city centre, second time we stayed there in recent months and already booked again for next January. Facilities second to none, great studio rooms if you want to self cater but don’t miss the well-stocked breakfast buffet! Staff super friendly… overall 5 stars!!

It was the first time at this hotel and we were very impressed, we didn’t need disability shower room, but a great idea to include it and the self catering side of things was great also, not that we used it this time but it’s nice to know it’s there if staying more than one night. Cheap as well a suite for £96 pounds with breakfast. Would definitely return.

What a brilliant hotel, clean with an amazing team. Our room was large with an open plan kitchen, lounge and bedroom. The only disappointment was breakfast, which is a shame because breakfast is the final destination before you leave and it’s our final memory of the hotel. Several items were empty and I felt guilty to keep asking. The fresh fruit was empty, no bacon, the coffee machine stopped working because it was empty and took a long time to get going, having selected my breakfast from the Buffet, the cutlery was empty,. The hotel itself was amazing and had it not been for the breakfast I would have given it 5 stars
