Not what we had expected but a pleasant stay. This is not a hotel but rather a room in a town-house. The room was modern, clean and we'll furnished. Very close to all Chester's main attractions. We enjoyed our stay.

Booked a room, rang hotel to check it had air-conditioning - told yes, great. Arrives at hotel, they dont tell you this on booking its all codes for doors, no actual staff which i hated but good news, the lady shouting down the intercom gives me an upgrade as room ive booked "is boiling" gets in room 3, all good but no a/c. Emails hotel but no reply. Room lovely but with only a fan it was hot! In morning at 830am again questions why no A/C and asks can I leave bags.... 1030 - 2 hours later told yes! Very annoying. Communication so poor. Eventually told that room before upgrade DID have A/C - so why move me? I find it hard to believe some do and some dont. Could be so much better with staff.

Loved the room itself! Recently renovated. Beautiful bathroom. Great shower. Comfortable bed. But bed rather small. And very hot in room upon arrival. Barely cooled down with fan on high. Door did not latch properly, but finally got it figured out. NO staff. Very odd. Completely self-check in. Was ok after finally figuring things out. But odd. Room great once we got settled though.

Very clean, comfortable, and spacious room. Wi-Fi good, staff friendly and helpful when on site . Check in instructions clear and easy to follow

Walkable location to city centre. Good size clean rooms and large bathroom. Good communication with management despite not being on site. Very close to city wall walk and Chester Racecourse.

Clean room. Spotless bathroom. Lovely touch was fair trade tea and real milk plus water in the mini fridge. Secure off road parking. Quiet area a short walk from city centre and all day car park 2 mins away as was a good little cafe.

Nice place and very close to the centre of Chester. Parking has to be reserved separately but no big deal as very large public car park almost next door: ~£8 for 24-hours.

Beautiful room very big lovely decor and super comfy bed , absolutely immaculate. Bathroom was beautiful decor and had bath and shower . Was kept well informed, staff I spoke to were lovely, very helpful, friendly and offered to do anything they could . Parking a bonus and only a short walk to the town . Will definitely return .

Such a lovely stay the front of house staff were absolutely amazing couldn’t do enough for you. The room was immaculate so clean and spotless and the room very modern with coffee with fresh milk and water. Bathroom spacious with a bath and a huge rainforest shower.

Couldn't fault it. Free parking at the rear, friendly staff, spotlessly clean, quiet, 5-minute walk to bars, restaurants etc. A fantastic stay!

Excellent boutique hotel. Location spot on for Chester and the Racetrack. Accommodation clean and ample. Breakfast available from nearby excellent coffee/brunch shops. Would recommend to visitors to Chester
