A spacious, well decorated, quiet room in an optimal area to see what Chester has to offer. Tracy and Amy were very friendly, answering any questions that we had, making sure we were comfortable during our three-night stay. Would recommend!

I stay in Chester for Business and I thought I would book a different hotel than my usual. A lovely room, modern with nice tea/coffee making facilities and biscuits. Nice toiletries too from The White Company Noir collection. However, no Breakfast, no Bar.....no food & beverage at all. This is rather inconvenient as it would be nice to even be given a breakfast hamper, e.g. pastries, juices and yogurts. So you have to go elsewhere for breakfast. As I stay for work purposes, this hotel is not convenient for my purpose of travel.

Great little hotel, super close to the centre of Chester.

Excellent decor.A very comfortable room that didnt feel like a hotel but a luxury bedroom. The most spotlessly clean hotel we've ever stayed at and we've been around the world. New and excellent quality finish decor. Wish you included a small shower head was the only wish. Loved the digital door entry to the property and especially to the room and the small touches of the tea facilities and the fridge.Excellent stay..Thank you to the staff.

We had an excellent stay at The Seven. The property looked recently renovated, and there’s a lovely communal sitting area. The room was very big, great facilities and very comfortable. Staff were polite and friendly and it was a 5 min walk into the centre. Added bonus of limited parking at the rear.

Clean, spacious, modern, comfortable & great location close to old Chester town. Friendly staff. Would recommend.

The warm welcome at check to showing us the room and we’re everything was and hope to open the doors. The room was perfect so beautifully decorated stylish and comfortable. It was an extremely hot night but the room had a great silent fan and air conditioning. Bathroom was spotless lots of towels with products. There was a cold bottle of water left in fridge and fresh milk for the Nepresso coffee with biscuits The location was perfect to get to all the bars and restaurants, we had a fabulous stay and can highly recommend this hotel.

No breakfast option. Had to walk to nearby (very tasty) breakfast spot. Staff only on site for a few hours a day. Room layout good for family with teen child. Location very convenient to places of interest.

The Seven exceeded expectations. The room was spacious, stylish and well appointed. The street was quiet and the parking was a great bonus. Although the staffing is very light touch, we received good communications and a warm welcome.

We have just returned from a lovely long weekend staying at the Seven. From start to finish the service here is fab. The WhatsApp message service is extremely helpful and efficient with any queries you may have. Amy and Tracey were great and super communicative. We stayed in room 6 and it was great. Lovely comfy bed, great big smart telly. Powerful shower and lovely bath too. Grateful to have been supplied with a fan as we had stayed whilst it was unseasonably warm. If you are planning on parking let the hotel know ahead and ask if they are able to reserve a space for you. This was super helpful for us and saved us paying to use any others.

We had a great stay in one of the suite rooms. As others have said, it's a town house that has been converted into a hotel but it's finished to a high standard. Our suite was pretty big for the price and the bed was really comfy and shower is amazing. The host was really welcoming and they responded really quickly to queries we had before the stay. It's nice and quiet, and ideally located about 5 minutes walk from the nearest bars/restaurants and next to a large car park where it's only £8 overnight if you can't get a free car parking space. The rooms are spread out quite well so we didn't hear any other noise over night. I would 100% return next time we visit Chester.

A lovely boutique property, staff very accommodating and ideally situated for Chester City and the racecourse.

Amazing location and very quiet, great facilities don’t let it not being a hotel put you off as it’s hotel comfort and quality but at a reasonable price. Highly recommend

Ive never been to a hotel with no front desk staff. The check in was unusual but easy. Actually, I dont know why more places dont do this. Except, the keypad on the door knob at the room is difficult to operate. The room is very nice and comfortable. Several pubs and restaurants within 4 minutes walking.

A lovely little hotel just minutes from town centre, full with lovely friendly staff.

Absolutely amazing, from the communication before the stay to the second we checked out. Loved our stay so much. Tracy was so lovely and friendly and really welcoming. Will definitely be coming back again!
