Absolutely fantastic hotel, clean, modern and easy to access with the app. Friendly staff and great pre check in communication. We booked as we were going to a gig at The O2, it’s the perfect place to stay, just a couple of minutes walk away. I would definitely book again! Thank you 😊

The property was on a quiet street but near a main road with restaurants, a Tesco and a Boots nearby. Our room was renovated with a beautiful bathroom with monogrammed towels and bedding. The doors were activated by a key code given at check-in. Staff were very helpful and we had a wonderful three night stay.

The room was very spacious and clean but could have done with a mini fridge as it was hot weather and would be nice to have cold water

Not the greatest neighborhood street, but in an ok walkable location & decent price for a busy May week .. Clean room ,newly remodel, nice AC & great shower... rep at front desk was nice & very helpful

The location is great, easily accessible to public transport and walking distance to the city centre and university. The air conditioning system cannot be adjusted by the guest .

Basic but decent hotel about 20 min to town centre. Friendly staff, clean property. Parking easy at council car park a 3 minute walk away. I would however not usr Hotel.com again, as impossible to ammend booking - have to cancel and risk not being able to rebook. Found myself going in circles with a bot. Would book direct with hotel.

Very very noisy - people shouting, laughing, cars revving outside the pub opposite well into the night. In the summer it'll be horrendous. Did ask to move but would have had to upgrade and there was no-one on duty to facilitate that. Also only 3 teabags provided and no supplies available to replenish. Very expensive stay with no breakfast even.

A night stop after attending a concert at the nearby O2 academy. Pin room and front door entry brilliant. Room very good but no instructions on operating air conditioner. Got it going after while.
