We were very pleased with our accommodations at the Crown Hotel. It has been recently renovated so everything was clean and bright and functioning. It also had good AC. The room was spacious and had a desk, chair and wardrobe. The beds were comfortable, not too soft. The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. The location was near restaurants and shops including grocery stores. There were several buses running frequently to the city Centre. However, younger people could easily walk.

This Oxford hotel has very nice rooms and clearly has been recently upgraded. Staff is very nice and helpful. No on site parking, but public parking lot is about a 5 minute walk. The hotel is on a side street surrounded by residential properties, with the Black Swan pub across the street. Location is good if you are exploring downtown Oxford and Oxford University on foot. Neighborhood is busy with students and residents and has lots of places to eat.

Useful technoplogy in the room to make our stay comfortable, including AC, which was welcome on a hot day. Would stay here again

The hotel was very clean🌟 The staff was extremely kind and helpful! Walking to central Oxford took less than 15min.

Great modern hotel and rooms. Air conditioning worked well. Kamal was great with helping us check in and luggage. Has a lift for luggage. Strongly recommend this hotel!

Perfect and had a lift and air conditioning! We were there during the heat wave!!

This was a nice hotel in an ethnically diverse area with lots of great food options close by. The rooms were air conditioned, but the lobby and hallways were not. We stayed during a record breaking heat wave, so those areas were very warm. The hotel also had the unfortunate event of a power loss. It required city workers to dig up the street during the night to make repairs, which was quite noisy. We were without power for over 12 hours. The hotel refunded one night’s lodging for all the trouble. It was also during FIFA and the bar across the street could get quite loud.

Absolutely fantastic hotel, clean, modern and easy to access with the app. Friendly staff and great pre check in communication. We booked as we were going to a gig at The O2, it’s the perfect place to stay, just a couple of minutes walk away. I would definitely book again! Thank you 😊

The property was on a quiet street but near a main road with restaurants, a Tesco and a Boots nearby. Our room was renovated with a beautiful bathroom with monogrammed towels and bedding. The doors were activated by a key code given at check-in. Staff were very helpful and we had a wonderful three night stay.

The room was very spacious and clean but could have done with a mini fridge as it was hot weather and would be nice to have cold water

Not the greatest neighborhood street, but in an ok walkable location & decent price for a busy May week .. Clean room ,newly remodel, nice AC & great shower... rep at front desk was nice & very helpful

The location is great, easily accessible to public transport and walking distance to the city centre and university. The air conditioning system cannot be adjusted by the guest .

An excellent hotel. Highly recommend. Everything was clean and functioning.

Basic but decent hotel about 20 min to town centre. Friendly staff, clean property. Parking easy at council car park a 3 minute walk away. I would however not usr Hotel.com again, as impossible to ammend booking - have to cancel and risk not being able to rebook. Found myself going in circles with a bot. Would book direct with hotel.
