Delightful dinner at the restaurant

The hotel was clean, quiet and reasonably priced. There are not a lot of alternative places to stay in Florac, so I was happy with my choice of Hotel des Gorges du Tarn. The one disappointment was the dinner and breakfast. Both are overpriced. However, not many alternatives and so they have a captive clientele.

Room Good, food OK.

Clean well run hotel, very friendly staff, good restaurant but limited menu, rooms clean but limited clothes storage.

Good locatuion for starting the Gorge drive, but the town itself looks old and dirty which was disappointing. many rundown buildings old and disused. Hotel pictures give a slightly false impression of being more in the country when in fact on a main street, but no traffic noise. Staff were great and the rooms clean and comfortable

Our all too short stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect - the location was peaceful, the staff pleasant and helpful, the restaurant staff very skilled, the food STUPENDOUS and the decor of the hotel stunning! An all round wonderful experience.

This was our second stay at the hotel, and it lived up to our expectations once again. Restaurant is excellent with extensive menu.

The restaurant offers a good variety of food of very good quality. Our room was in the annexe and was immaculately clean and comfortable.

We had a great stay in Florac - what a beautiful place. We only wished we could have stayed longer. We had the most amazing meal at the restaurant at Gorges du Tarn - truly a meal to remember with excellent food, wine and service from the staff.

An efficient well equipped hotel, rooms compact but nicely set out. Very good restaurant facilities.

Owners were very helpful in providing storage in their garage for our motorbikes. The owner is also the chef and the meal was superb! 10/10. The room was quite tiny though for two blokes and our gear, and the loo was like a designer took it as a personal challenge to fit a shower, toilet, and sink in a as small a space as possible :) But it was a great place overall, clean and the staff and owner were great. I would stay there again. Nice little ville as well.

We spent one night at this hotel having dinner and breakfast. The food was of a very high quality and the service efficient. The location is very close to the centre of the town. Parking is easy, and the signage was good.
