This is a well-looked-after modern refurbishment of an older property. The rooms are compact but very nicely presented. There is a really nice restaurant downstairs as well The restaurant does really good breakfasts and has a good evening small plates menu

What a great place in the centre of Aviemore. The rooms were clean, everything was really comfortable. The staff were friendly in the restaurant that was attached to the apartments. I will be back What a great place in the centre of Aviemore.

The room was very small, not what was advertised. The wardrobe was very small with only 4 hangers, the TV is advertised as a 50 " but was so small you couldn't see properly

staff were amazing as had to call the helpline for code. This was only because I booked last minute. Room was perfect. Comfy bed & clean. Bit noisy from the apartment at the back having a karaoke but didn’t keep me awake. Definitely would book again

Good. However not as good at the other Sweeney rooms in Aviemore. This one felt less like their brand and I can’t stand a room advertised as a double but it’s actually twin beds pushed together

Great location, nice clean rooms and very comfy large bed, I would say just the bathroom probably needs a renovate , it was quite dated and old compared to rest of room!

I would have liked a sign to put on the door-knob. There was no need to renew the room halfway through! Otherwise it was splendid.

Ideally situated for town centre. Very neat & tidy hotel with essy parking. Very friendly staff at Deleaneys Restaurant. Hassle free booking and room entry.

Good parking. Didn’t realize I had to register again to receive door codes as there are no on site hosts. So no staff.

My room was just fine. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, there appears to be absolutely no soundproofing between rooms. I could literally hear my neighbour snoring through the walls. Also the mount for the shower head was broken and couldn't be kept at a proper height. Luckily I managed to jerry rig something so I didn't have to do the one-handed wonder shower. Breakfast at the restaurant downstairs was excellent.

Hotel is ok for the money paid, check-in is seamless and staff we saw were very polite. Comfort-wise the bed was great but the floor in the room (Room 7) needs some serious repair work, it has an insane amount of squeaky floorboards throughout which is honestly infuriating when moving around. On the second night there was a strange loud noise that droned on all through the night and i barely slept, we nearly left the hotel because of it to be honest. Unsure what it was but it sounded like a central heating system that is in poor condition.

Thought the room would have been a bit bigger and didn't have any glasses.Wine isnt the same out of a cup lol
