This place is a hidden gem, we usually stay around the hotels around the pier. This place is just 5mins drive away from centre. Will definitely be back next time!

A delightful hotel. Very clean in a lovey location. Breakfast with a sea view. So nice to have such a range of toiletries in the bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff were very attentive, even when taking very long to serve food between courses for evening meals. The Hotel is located in a great position, despite a busy road passing by. The rbedroom was generally clean but there were stains on some furniture, the carpet and the bathroom floor. Parking was excellent.

Really nice hotel in a great location.

Quiet scenic location. Good views from dining room down the bay to Llandundo pier. Accommodation good with air conditioning. Bathroom large although clean a little attention to detail on tiles in shower would be good. Grout between them showed signs of mould. People should bear in mind it is approx 2 mile walk downhill to town centre. Bus stop closeby will cost 3.80 one way, whilst taxi depending on time of day 9 to 10.00. Breakfast options were good. Would stay again.

Lovely view from the room

Room was clean on arrival but curtain off rail which left gap and light came through . Staff excellent couldn't do enough to help? Breakfast was more than Adequate, good choices and coffee .the reason we book is parking ,nice at end of day on beach to Not scrabble over a place to park ,very spacey

All the staff were helpful and considerate . Good food and service, and we enjoyed a great breakfast. Lovely location. We would visit again.

Breakfast excellent, sleep perfect as the bed was very comfortable. Staff go above and beyond. Parking excellent. Room advertised as partial sea view but had no view of the sea, this was room 9. When you pay for a partial sea view and see just a mountain this totally unacceptable. See the photo attached and tell me where is the partial view of the sea?

Stayed for one night. Everything was great. Had dinner - great value. Breakfast was excellent. Will definitely stay again.

Had a lovely stay at Craigside Manor Hotel in Llandudno. The front desk manager went out of her way to help during our stay, she went over and beyond her role. The staff were polite and friendly throughout our stay. Great breakfast, comfortable stay, and excellent customer service — would happily return!

Graigside is a nice clean hotel being part of a public house means food is available and there is a large car park something which is lacking in a lot of Llandudno hotels. There is free WiFi. Breakfast is available. The staff are friendly and helpful though they do have a large area to cover and might be stretched if th pub gets busy. This is not the first stay we have made at Graigside Manor as it was previously a Premier Inn and I am sure it will not be our last.
