Nicely located hotel that is overall comfortable but rooms are a bit outdated. Check in doesn't start until 3:30 pm, before which, the doors to the lobby are locked. They were late to open the check-in, so had to wait outside until someone came to open the door. Besides that, it's a decent hotel and a clean bed.

Hotel is in excellent location wth a short walk into town and parking on site. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff on reception were very helpful. Pool was an added bonus. Lots of restaurants, bars & shops nearby. Our only negative comment was that family with us weren't able to access the garden area with their dogs despite it being a dog friendly hotel.

This is not even a 3-star hotel. It is pretty rundown and a bit depressing tbh. The woman at check in was very professional and helpful, but if one chooses this hotel, it is really only to have a place to put your head at night. Air conditioning did not really cool the room in any appreciable way. It is close to town and restaurants etc. Just manage your expectations!

Housekeeping was so sweet and helpful. Our refrigerator didn’t work and was not fixed. Stayed 3 nights so that was very disappointing. Loved our big room and terrace. Receptionists were okay but could have been friendlier.

Great location. The room would have been great except for poor soundproofing. Conversations and bathroom noises from adjoining rooms were audible.

Front staff were exceptional (except for one evening when I was told I couldn’t have a cup of ice for my water).

This is a good hotel with very helpful friendly staff. Good room. Big bonus was a bath which most hotels do not offer. Secure car park. You can’t access the hotel or car park between 1.00pm till 3.30pm so if you arrive during those times you would have to find public parking and wait. We arrived before 1.00pm so no problem there. There was a good breakfast which was an extra 12 euros each but for some reason it is not the usual help yourself buffet. You are served with items over a counter. Not ideal so the second morning we went into town instead.

Great hotel in Isle sur la Sorgue. Private Parking by the hotel. Good service, rooms are comfortable. Stayed several time at Nevron Hotel. Rooms with the balcony are a plus. Mainly with my dogs. Dogs friendly hotel. Easy to walk to town and restaurant. Hotel have a small menu for diner. Meals are okay. Wish they accept Amex for paying but this is a personal choice.

I stayed here in June 2021 went out for dinner and sadly forgot my room key. On my return the hotel was locked out I was unable to enter or get hold of any of the supposed night staff after 1 hour of doing this by telephone and ringing the bell I returned to the restaurant I was eating at and they kindly let me sleep on their sofa. This hotel states it has a night porter service. In the morning at about 6:30am I went back to the hotel the staff where very rude and offered me a 50% refund which I naturally did not accept. If you stay here make sure you don’t forget your room key

we like the few places that include free parking in town with reasonable price. walking into historical downtown is a breeze, receptionists are helpful and friendly, the town is very charming with cleanest river run through it.

The location was perfect, a pleasant stay in a cute town. Nice size room, comfortable beds. Breakfast large and very adequate. The staff were great, giving us information about restaurants and sites around the area. We had a great time.

Located just a few minutes walk from the centre of the town with its many restaurants, bars and shops, the hotel has the added advantage of a sizable outdoor car park which is fully secured at night. It also has a large roof terrace with swimming pool. Although it does not have a restaurant, its proximity to so many places to eat more than makes up for that. Staff were all very friendly, helping with ideas for local trips and suggestions for where to eat. Our room was on the small side, but we did opt for one of the cheaper ones. We noted that more expensive rooms were available with balconies and views of the river rather than the car park or road.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, and the free parking makes thing very easy. It is a 5-minute walk from pretty much everything, and I loved exploring the town and just walking. When I wanted to go further afield, Gordes, Roussillon, Fontaine-du-Vaucluse, Avignon, and Aix-en-Provence were all easily in reach. On the negative side, the hotel doesn't really have a bar, as advertised. Instead, the guy on the front desk will pour you a glass of wine if you can find him (he's great, but not the same as a bartender who will tell you about the local wines, as I read elsewhere). The major negative was my room. While it was comfortable enough, it should have been renovated at least a couple of years ago. There was paint peeling off things, and bits of furniture coming apart. I would probably stay here again because of the value for the location, but I may call first to see if the rooms have been renovated.

Excellent location for staying in this area! We walked to dinner and breakfast and around the cute town. It was a hidden gem. Plentiful gated parking, a wonderful garden area by a stream, friendly front desk staff, and lots of extra perks like chilling wine for us and letting us borrow wine glasses. Pool is nice. WiFi was good (for European hotels). We thoroughly enjoyed our two nights here. Price was great, too!

great location, great service with friendly staff. No bar though and the room was fairly basic. However, overall I was pleased.
