Room was clean and small but adequate for my needs. Staff very helpful and responsive when I had questions. On street parking not an issue, as spaces were available.

Great guest house, clean & good location.

Check in was easy. The room was small and reasonably comfortable but didnt like the bed pushed up against the wall. We are a couple in our seventies so it wasn't comfortable clamouring over the other to get out of bed. The coffee and cereal for breakfast was much appreciated.

Parking easy. Good kitchen. TV choice was good. Very clean. Bedding smelt really fresh.

A nice room in a house next to the river. Clean, a very modern shower. A shared lounge/kitchen. I was on the 2nd floor with a view of the river. Free parking in front. Local shops and takeaways all seamed to be closed.

The best place to stay in Preston. A hidden gem, great value for money. 10-12 minutes walk from the station, the room that I stayed in was very tidy and clean. Host is very friendly and good with responding to messages, clear instructions on checking in. Will definitely come back if I ever need to stay in Preston.

Some marks on the quilt and pillows but otherwise very clean property and excellent facilities. Short 5 min walk into the city and plenty of parking around

Fantastic place to stay

Fantastic location, a few minutes walk from the city centre, very clean and welcoming, very communicative and helpful, highly recommend if you are visiting Preston.

Quiet area, easy on street parking, fantastic shared kitchen, milk, tea, coffee and hot chocolate supplied. Room clean and comfortable with on suite bathroom, bottled water in room. No fridge or kettle in room as you have the kitchen. We were in room 5 on the second floor so a bit of a climb if you are not so good with stairs like me.

The property was a 15 minute walk to the Continental where we had booked a gig. There was free parking. Check in and out was very simple. Free tea coffee, water, chocolates, toiletries. Modern decor. Communication was good between the owner.

Had a perfect evening stay at Riverside, Hassle-free self check-in, room was very clean and tidy, en-suite, comfortable bed and the host Mr. Waseem was very responsive even to our late check-in, was kind to honour our requests. Overall had a very pleasant experience and would recommend to anyone looking for a nice cosy stay.
