This is a good place to stay, peaceful and safe, but there's a couple of things which really spoil it - but they can be fixed! There was no dishwashing cloth or scourer to wipe the surfaces with and no tea towel, making keeping kitchen clean hard. The balcony door is heavy and there's nothing to keep it open apart from jamming a rolled up towel in the gap - It was hot so needed to do this, and propped it open with a big chair at one point!. There was also no key for the windows so couldn't open them! The duvet cover was also microfiber, which cannot be washed at 60 degrees, so not very hygienic for next guest, and not cool like cotton. There wasn't enough loo roll either. Basic stuff but really annoying if not attended to. As I'd also had to find the remote under the sofa cushion I left flagging the rest up. Sort these small but pertinent issues out and it's a fab place.

The apartment was beautiful however it had a terrible stench. It smelled like a mixture of mold and sewage; the beds were also on the smaller side more fitting for one person. We had to purchase freshners and open the balcony door to lighten the smell. Besides that it was an ok experience

Overall satisfied with the stay. Bed was quite squeaky every time I turned on it, but not terrible. I rated communication 2 stars because while I was there the communication was good, but before I arrived I sent 2 emails and called 2 times and did not get the answer.

We were pleasantly surprised by the comfort and quality of the apartment. There was plenty of space and the two bathrooms were a major convenience. We would have appreciated if all the beds had sheets on them- we had to get the sheets from the closet and make the beds ourselves. But other than that, we were very pleased and would recommend the stay, especially to anyone attending an event at Wembley. It is literally a stone's throw away from the stadium.

When we arrived, we were given a studio room instead of the one-bedroom apartment I had booked. The receptionist told us to contact the booking platform. I reached out to the online customer service, and Mary Ann M. was assigned to assist me. However, she couldn’t reach the local property. It took forever to sort out the problem. I asked for a phone number to call because the online chat was too inefficient. She gave me a U.S. number, so I made an international call — but it turned out to be some sort of health care company trying to sell me medical services. It was a joke, and the receptionist couldn’t do anything about it. This whole process took about an hour. I even called that U.S. number twice, but the lady on the other end just kept talking nonstop like a robot, still trying to sell me health services. Then the receptionist gave me an U.K. number and asked me to pass it to Mary Ann so she could call, but Mary Ann said the line was busy. By that point, an hour had already passed, and I felt completely fooled. Finally, I called the U.K. number myself. I had to argue again with another representative who insisted that the booking was correct, claiming it was a one-bedroom apartment — but it was clearly a studio. The phone call went nowhere. Finally, Ken from the reception spoke directly with the lady on the phone. He had one spare one-bedroom apartment but just needed confirmation from Hotels.com. Fortunately, he finally sorted it out for me.
