It is newly renovated; however it was done in a sloppy manner. The door handles were all loose, there were no bulbs in the side lamps I. The bedrooms or a place to plug in if it happen to have a lightbulb. The communication was very poor, it took ages to answer messages and some went un answered. I tried calling several times but only go through on two occasions. The first time the person was helpful the other they were unable to resolve the issue. It’s a lovely place, with good amenities but the lack of communication and the not great remodel made it actually a stressful stay as they emphasis so much about having to pay a security deposit. Just needs more attention to detail.

ATTENTION: this could be a FAKE listing. Two hours before check-in, the property emailed to cancel the booking. Almost two weeks later I still have not been refunded. Do yourself a favour and DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY.

Brand new amenities including baby cot, new appliances and furniture. Came with all the little things like spices and well equiped kitchen that you dont usually get in rentals. Clean and city center easy to walk everywhere highly recommend we loved it. Stayed for 2 weeks while visiting family and never had any issues. Courtesy calls from agency to check everything ok.

It took several phone calls to receive the check-in information and communication was mostly from my part. The accommodation was clean and to a high standard apart from the fact full length curtains are needed at the property… being woken by the sun at 6am every morning was not appreciated.

Spacious and comfortable. Would recommend as only 10-15 min walk to castle and main part of town. Not much within 5 minutes walk though.
