Ive been over charged for my room.

What used to be the premier inn, the waterside keeps the same level of comfort and convenience to the pub next door and business park.

Grim - foisty room, very poor

Amazing stay. lovely staff but there was no access to the internet on the tv and so could not access netflix or other browsers. Tv was redundant for model use. for note - some other hotels in Warrington have chrome cast

Nice stay - very happy with everything. It’s a fairly basic but clean hotel with nice staff. Decent pub next door.

The hotel needs updating. Very basic rooms

Staff was very friendly and helpful, room not so clean (crumbs under the pillos, sheets didn't smell clean, black mold in the shower).

No hot water in the morning :(

Great stay here not far out off town centre but enough to be a lovely quiet place Pub is large with meals served and outdoor seating

I'd never stayed at waterside edge before but it was an inspired choice, it was an easy walk to bank quay train station and equally easy to walk to parr hall. My first impression was a good one and the reception lady was wonderfully friendly and helpful and we shared a good laugh together.First class.

EX Premier Inn, Hotel is separate from the pub so very quiet

Hotel staff were lovely, room was nice size and bed very comfortable. Bathroom was clean but in need of an update. The bar and restaurant next door was big and really nice and again the staff were lovely. Had a good breakfast the next morning.

Rooms clean enough but getting very tired and worn. No power near bedside. Shower over a bath not great, proper shower preferred by travellers. Beefeater esc eatery next door as expected. All in , better options out there for the money.

Sheets and pillow cases all thread bear. Towels covered in yellow stains and very old. Shower disgusting and filthy. Won’t be back.

Had to stay over in Warrington at shortish notice, found this place and it looked nice plus the price was quite low, I wondered what the catch was, there wasn't one. It was fab all the staff were smiley and friendly ,the room was clean, the breakfast was great and it had parking! Really close to the centre of things too. Would recommend and stay here again.
