Friendly staff

There was a small double mattress on a very large bed frame. It was not comfortable. There was only one bath towel for 2 of us. There was a saucer missing. My room wasn’t cleaned as requested ( only the bed was made) The staff were friendly.

Room was clean, bathroom clean, lovely fluffy white towels. Enough packing places in the car park. Breakfast was lovely and fresh, only found out on our second day of stay that I could have requested a tea pot. I also suggested instead of bowls with marmalade/jam, could small pots be provided to put the jam into. Two complaint, one resolved, we only had one bedside lamp on the first night, I let reception k ow and on the second day a second lamp was delivered. Main complaint was the the TV came on automatically and woke us up at 04:30 on both mornings. It was reported and an attempt to resolve it however it happened again. I couldn't sleep after that. Otherwise the staff were very friendly and we enjoyed our stay.

The room was advertised as having a bath. It was initially in the annexe next to where there was going to be a party the following night. It had no bath. It had a shower. When I asked I was moved to a room which had a bath. As I approached this room, I noticed a cold in the corridor and the room was freezing. I wanted a bath but the water was barely lukewarm. When I reported this the man said he would turn the geezer on to heat the water. However, the water was still cold that night. I will never return to this place again. Shocking

Clean hotel . Nice staff

I thought the room was very comfortable. Nice and warm too given the cold temps. I appreciated the vegan options on the menu. Would have been good to have some green and herbal option tea bags in the room. Staff particularly in the restaurant were nice and friendly.

Free, safe parking. Hotel looking a bit tired, but staff were friendly, hotel was clean and breakfast was very good.

I wouldnt use it again as its too far out with nothing of interest in the immediate area.

Staff were pleasant and the rooms spacious. Could do with a little updating but it's more of an observation than complaint. Beds were massive and comfortable, and so quiet at night even with a wedding event happening in the adjacent building. The evening food was very nice, large portions so no chance of going hungry. Breakfast could have a few more options but was satisfactory. Would definitely stay again!!

Checked in early ...Much appreciated after a long haul flight. Quick check in. Plenty of free parking immediately outside hotel room. Room was great size on the ground floor but with fencing in front of the windows for privacy which I loved. Big bathroom great shower. Bed very comfortable. Coffee and tea facilities. Quiet room despite a few events being held in a hall opposite. Great location for me visiting family. Definitely recommend. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND A CAR I think it would be difficult to reach using public transport. Expensive using Taxi/ Uber

Big room, ample parking, good value. Location was perfect for me on this trip.
