We loved our stay here! It was very affordable and exactly what we needed for our weekend trip in Bath. It was very close to all the sites and pubs. The room fit the two of us well and it was very clean. There is no air conditioning but we opened the window and did just fine. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for an affordable option.

Great stay in dorm room studio with full bathroom, kitchenette, full- size bed and desk. Good location, everything clean and bright. No A/C.

I was so pleased with the welcome at this Uni property! The staff was wonderful. The location is great - a 7 minute walk from the Roman Baths which are the most central location. I chose not to cook but could have due to proximity to supermarkets and the basic pots, pans and utensils provided. I did use the microwave and kettle which were new, clean and large.

The university accommodation is a perfect place to stay when visiting Bath. Ten minutes walk from the train station, just a few minutes walk into the city center. The accommodation is very clean, comfortable, and our room had a small kitchen, complete with fridge, microwave, two-burner hob and any plates and utensils one might need. We would totally recommend!

Bed is decent and room clean. Desk is useful but there is only one chair for a double bed, and there is only one bedside table. The room was unbearably hot and there is no airconditioner nor ventilation. The heat made it impossible to sleep. Our window only opened a few centimeters because there were large metal stops to prevent it opening further, supposedly to prevent pigeons getting into the room. The air outside was pleasantly cool but there was no way to get it into the rooms. There are extractor fans in the wall of all the rooms but they do not work. In fact, it wasn't only the room that was unbearably hot but also the entire building: hallways, lift, stairwell, etc. Basically, one big sauna. All doors in the building are very heavy and hard to open. There is no dining table to eat a meal together. The bathroom had zero ventilation and no window. The shower is pleasant but had no soap dish or shelf so you had to put everything on the floor (soap, shampoo, etc.) The kitchen had no dish rack so the only place to dry dishes is on top of the stove. Plus many other details. Overall, a very bad experience.

Rooms are ok with a small kitchen corner. More space than a standard economy hotel room. The bed is a 3/4, so not massive but good enough to survive a night or two as a couple. We stayed during one of the hottest weekends and the only drawback is the window which you can open only a tiny bit. Which doesn't let any airflow in the room. Thankfully there was a small fan provided.

The location is closed to the downtown area and the railway station. Very clean and comfortable to stay. The fridge and microwave were super helpful. Just remember to bring your own body wash etc.

4th floor was an oven during our stay. Easily 95 degrees. Windows barely opened and the fans were tiny and almost useless. We only could handle one night, had to bale and go to the APEX hotel that had AC. Maybe this would be ok during the winter but not during the summer

Great value for money. We were on the fourth floor and it was very hot and stuffy. They did provide a small desk fan but could have used a larger one.

Note if you are going to book this property that there is no AC or fans to help cool down the rooms. It was incredibly hot and miserable trying to sleep while sweating. If you are okay with this then yes it's a great booking

These are university dorm rooms and very nice ones. The bedroom has a mini-kitchen and bar seating. It was all very new and attractive. We were impressed when we arrived in our room. We did try to contact the hotel several times before our trip with no response. The location is excellent, with a very close walking distance to the centre of town including the shopping district, The Roman Baths and Bath Abbey. There is also a full Sainsbury's about two blocks away.
