The place was spotless and although a few things were a bit tired looking, you can see that the hotel is being well maintained, with lots of things new and modernised. But it’s the staff that makes this hotel so good. They are not just helpful, they go above and beyond to help, if you even look a little confused they’re right there to assist and always with a smile. They are just incredibly friendly and nothing seems too much trouble. The hotels 4 stars but the staff are 10. From the receptionists to the waiting staff to the cleaners, everyone seems to do their job with care and pride. Would definitely recommend.

Great place for business travellers who want to work out before or after day's work. The gym is well equipped, well temperature regulated and not too crowded. There's also a pool, which may have seen better days but is still great to do some laps. The room was spacious, clean, silent and had all that's needed for a comfy stay. The staff was very kind and helpful throughout. Only remark: you HAVE to have a car as there's no taxi or Uber service, which was a major inconvenience with this place being "in the sticks".

The staff on entry where very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and relaxing. The breakfast was very good and again service excellent

Room was lovely & clean. Lack of plugs by the bed which was unfortunate. Also the doors are heavy which meant they couldn’t shut quietly so could hear people coming/ going out their rooms which at night wasn’t best pleasant. The spa & facilities were nice, a nice touch and was lovely to be able to use them

Greeted by friendly staff and informed we had been given an upgraded room which was greatly appreciated. Hotel decor stylish and of a quality spec throughout the hotel . All staff very professional whilst remaining friendly and approachable

Windows leaked when it rsined this dripped onto bed that child was sleeping in. Mold around windows. Cobwebs in corners of room. Generally unclean and room wssnt changed. Facilities poor with limited access.

Nice quiet place to stay not too many people. Clean and modern.
